It was probably (surreptitiously) filmed at NY City Center when the "Kings of Dance" performed there. Or possibly in Russia (if the female casting was the same?) But it was not the premiere performance in California because the female leads were danced by Cojocaru and Yanowsky, both from the Royal Ballet. Kobborg danced it twice in CA, but I believe Angel danced it twice in NY, filling in for Ethan Stiefel who was still recovering from double knee surgery at the time.
Oooh, do you have anymore? I love Corella, so sweet yet so powerful on stage. She's really good too, there're clips of her in the Lesson with Johan Kobborg. Do you happen to know where this is being filmed?
I would so love to see more of Angel in this production - it's wonderful seeing him perform such a dark role! He's incredible!!

ABT should revive it for him.I never expected him to be in such command of this character.How about "Death" in The green Table by JOOS Angel?
