Nosferatu is a specific type of vampire, though I believe it's also used as an alternate name for Dracula. As for the game's title, it's actually "mah-lah-kai", the name of one of the prophets who wrote the Old Testament. Not... really sure why his name's showing up here, although it seems to be a fairly popular name to use for demonic, vampiric, or just plain evil characters.
