@BakoBarber ....we netted it....took a few pics, measured it and let it go! ....had to because it was TOO BIG....longer than 30-40 inch slot limit allows! ...we kept the smaller one for dinner though! d:)

Great Video! - While fishing in BC and Alaska, on more than one occasion we'd landed big Lings that had latched on or completely eaten smaller rock cod on the end of our lines. As long as you don't let the ling break the surface and you're gentle with the landing net, you can net them.
