Technology to travel to other dimensions will be here much faster than technology to travel to far-off space. Read up on string theory (m-theory). There's two problems with the Disclosure Project
1) It relies too much on Intelligence and Military Industrial Complex personal, when these are the very people who hoax many of the UFO sightings as part of covert ops and have an agenda to create UFO belief (and there's no such thing as a retired spook).
2) Even the real sightings aren't necessarily Extraterrestrial, even when seen as 'vehicles', yet this is the assumption of many of those involved despite any evidence for an ET connection.

A humanoid form allows the transportation of materials from one place to another, since the arms can be used for carrying, the hands and fingers are critical for the inspection, research, and experimentation required to build structures and equipment.
The attributes of other worlds that matter in terms of evolution prove they would face the same evolutionary challanges!

@Unitycalling Uhm actually I think they are planning to use aliens as the next level to keep the general public in fear. I look at it this way... before they burned people on stakes because they were "witchs or sorcerers" right? Then now look, we have "terroists." They can't keep the same fear in people the whole time, they can't say terroists for 100 years and get away with it, maybe 50, but the goal is to keep the public in fear. The next fear up from terrorists, is obviously aliens...
