  • Where can I get a silencer for my 1911 45acp?

  • @badboyforlife10195 Where do you live? I will find a dealer in your area if your state is a Silencer friendly state

  • @Silencerco

I live in Florence, Oregon. Now about my 1911. Do I need a specialized barrel for it?

  • @badboyforlife10195 You will need a threaded barrel for your 1911. The size of the thread will depend on the caliber of your 1911.

  • @Silencerco

Its a 45 ACP. And where can I get one and are they spendy?

  • can anything bad happen too the can if water or the gel gets left inside or does it matter

  • @chicwboost No it will be just fine :). Thanks for watching!

  • I'm amazed what you guys can do with a wet can on higher calibers

  • Great job guys. I would like to see 380acp through the 9mm Ospry.

  • @beckhamtim We are doing that test next :)

  • Would I be able to do it the same way for the original aluminum Sparrow?

  • How many rounds before takedown and a cleaning? I have always used water, but like the fact that a clear gel will not run out the front or back into the pistol. Considering blow-back, on average per 8 round magazine, how much gel gets into the pistol action?

P.S.-Check my videos of your 45 Osprey on my NightHawk and FNH Tactical. Shot Dry.

    Thanks,

    PalmerAnderson

  • if you could only help ATF move faster......

  • Another excellent video. This is customer service to a whole new level.

Interestingly, this is how I've been doing things for years. Look in your pharmacy for a baby medicine syringe. You can find them with flexible, soft rubber tubes that can be attached to the end (safe for a baby's mouth, is the idea). These tubes can be pushed in past the blast baffle and kept bent so you know your ablative medium is going to the bottom of the can.

  • It shocked me when I found you can shoot them wet!

  • Comparison video between gel ,water, and dry ??? plz :)

  • So how much gel would you actually use? Just 5ml once or would you keep squirting more in? thanks for the vid.

  • @jeffshootsstuff 1 teaspoon in the back and 1/2 teaspoon in the front.

  • Another great video. Keep it up SilencerCo!
