  • I liked the tip on artificial sweetners and how it could trick the body into thinking it's sugar and may trigger cravings. After hearing that it made since.. Raw foods when posiible is also a great tip along with the interval exercising... thank you ****

  • @Kandeegirl85 grape nuts or bran flakes are still for a grain and will release the simple sugars quicker than most whole raw fruits and vegetables.

  • what a load of shit the best way to lose belly fat fast is to have a chart and only eat 3 meals a day and have one day a week where you eat shit ( 3 meals tho) and all other 6 days eat heathy like fruits and vegs and every night go for a 20 minute jog and by 1 month you will notice the difference and you still get to eat shit. have fun keep the mind focused and try to always think positive and not negitive else you will just give up after the first week .

  • THe information in this video was very helpful in assuring me that i am on the right track, but in all honesty the voice (and the speed of talking) was very boring and made it more difficult to get through the entire vidoe. Try talking like you're talking to a friend in front of you and that would probably make a big difference in the comments left for your videos.

  • The voice was a little annoying only because it was the same monotone the WHOLE time, but it was very clear so whatever. I think this video is GREAT and cover all the important points to loosing weight the proper way- no strict diet loose 20 lbs in 2 weeks crap. And all the great simple aspects in less than 6 minutes this is great & I will definitely be sharing it!

    If you have fat around your belly and other places syou should not work out your stoamch or abs area because you will be building muscle underneet the fat and you dont want that lose the fat with theses great tips alot of cardio and muscle building and when the time comes you will know when you need to start work out the belly/or abs section.

  • unprocessed foods, are fresh foods, processed foods are fast foods, frozen foods, canned food....you should eat fresh things instead of frozen or canned....even diet frozev entrees are not really good for you
