I think his voice has gotten lower over the past year. That's probably he why he chose to go low at 2:10 here and in some other live performances

I love it @ 2:10 when it's low pitch insead of high and @ 3:50 when he has them sing along!

Some great backup singing there. It almost covers David up. The mix needs to be adjusted a bit. Not one ballad in his set. Guess he wants it to keep it as poppy as possible.
