the point of using a capo is to change the key while still being able to use open chords, when you mention being able to use the barre shape for F you can NOT use it or you will have changed the key a half step by barring to make the chord. If anyone reading this tries it you will hear what I mean it will sound way off, with the capo finger all chords in their open position or as if you have no capo at all.

@actorchild1040 The pattern is right, but it you don't have a capo it won't sound the same as how i play it (as I am using a capo). Tbh, you don't have you use a capo but if you really want one, they're way cheap on ebay!
