Im a 2 handed bowler and bowl in a legue and everything and hooking withmy ball aint a problem and when other people try my ball with bowling normal (1 handed) they spin it fine,
Any tips you could give me for hooking with 1 handed style bowling as i dont seem to make it move much
hey a few tips i got from my lessons was to get a ball drilled to fingertip grip and then when you go to throw the ball throw it like a straight ball but just as its starting to pass your legs move your hand into an almost handshake position giving you a great hook :)
