The truth is that Costa Rica is the worst country in Latin America in support for Shark Finning and massive fishing by the millions.

The fishing industry is separate from the government and run by the shark finners, the shrimp trawlers, and the tuna seiners, so there is no reason to control the overfishing.

Costa rica has the largest fleet of longline fishing boats, many boats laying 100 miles of lines, fishing sharks just for their fins.

Studies show sharks have 40 years before extinction.

@UGENAdotORG Costa Ricans are so poor they will go extinct if they don't fin sharks. I think Canada should move into Costa Rica and save the sharks and govern the Hispanics as well

This is a great video! Hammerhead sharks are quite simply amazing, dived with one in Egypt last July it just cruised past above us about 3 foot away,couldn't believe how big it was, probably the scout, absolutely awesome.
