Well, I learned this term Biblidolotry, and it referred to worship of the text instead of God, and suspected some people worship the ritual as well, with the nice robes, funky hats, etc. Somehow, I still find the Rabbi, flabbergasting.

In other words, it is quite easy to be a deist or a theist without aligning yourself with a particular religious dogma. The problem with your argument is that you are comparing that 1% with the population outside jail who state "no religion". A similar tiny % that group would state atheist/agnostic so you are not comparing like with like.

All I've said is that atheists/agnostics make up 1% of the uk prison population, although I understand those numbers are actually 0.2% and 0.1% respectively. As for your second claim that "atheists in jail are at least in line with that in the general population", this is unfounded. All the statistic you've sited shows is that the number of prisoners with "no religion" has increased, which of course noone is arguing.

Also in #15 "all the other religions together (apart from Christians) show a rate of increase, which is consistently higher than that of the prison population as a whole." So atheists in jail are atleast in line with that in the general population, this is MASSIVELY out of line with claims made by atheists, I trust you will correct such claims when made ;O)

The pages from the CDC and WHO are not research, they are a press release.
I enquired about MGM when I had my first son and was told that I would be hard pressed to find a dr in our state that would do it, and that the hospital 'discouraged' it.
So I read the case for both sides then read the criticisms from both sides.
How about you do more reading and less believing.

Of course he is not talking to a Christian or about Christians here ;-) How harsh he is, by the way, seems to depend on the arguments presented more then on the religion of the discussion partner (see, for example, his discussion with Alister mcGrath or with bishop Harries). (and, if you think he is hars towards Christians... just watch him tearing, verbally, into Muslems! He is an equal-opportunity mocker at the very least ;-) )

"the CDC has flip flopped...", "WHO is more a..." These are examples of 'poisoning the wells' logical fallacies.
"Girls who have..." 'Red Herring' logical fallacy (perhaps unintentional). This data is irrelevant to our current discussion.
I am sorry, but the health benefits to male circumcision are uncontroversial among scientists. That doesn't mean all infants should have the procedure of course. But facts are facts.

@TheEyesOfNye My comments about the CDC and WHO are valid. While they now endorse MGM, they used to oppose it and also gave reasons.
My "Girls who have ..." comment was merely an example of how many of the "benefits" of MGM usually come about. Eg. If you pull sombodies eyes out there's a whole range of benefits. No myopia, no expensive glasses, no cateracts, less likely to die driving a car, etc etc.
Then you follow with two arguements by assertion. By 'facts' do you mean spin?
