Saying like attracts like is misleading. It has to do with the flow of motion of a particle. 2 flows of motion going the same way will not resist each other, opposite flows will resistance each other. Magnets is the flow of electrons orbiting the atoms. N-N and S-S resist each other simply because of the flows, and N-S or S-N the flow is in the same direction which does not have any resistance. This is not some form of particle attraction or repulsion just the path of least resistance. Peace.

"N-N and S-S resist each other simply because of the flows" you say. It is in reality because North is male and South is female and their spinning electric rings meet each other and mate, NN and SS can not mate, that would be homosexual and Nature is bi-sexual. Males mate with females only!

I mean we have pictures of the electron clouds and wouldn't that disprove the science of general electricity which powers the computer your using? I will give that a read but seriously that pretty unbelievable.

@darkelfv I am well aware of the academic model and it has been debunked. So-called electric clouds are the spinning rings which are electric vortices. I know it seems unbelievable but once you read Larson's work you will see how the false construction of the nuke atom occurred over 100 years ago. My profs told me in 1976 the nuke atom was a fraud and I have been studying this and debunking it ever since. Russellian Sceince actually explains the Universe without strange atom theories

I read Hyperspace and felt sorry for Michio. He has spent his whole life trying to patch up Einstein's failed rip off of relativity that he loses himself in the mathematical quackematics by the end of the book I got tired of hearing of all the impossibilities he was saying might exist. Basically I put the book down and farted out a big WTF! in pure frustration.

@77GSlinger the magnetic field appear to behave exactly like gravity does. the doughnut field is not a field but a wave that moves outward and inward were the out wave add itself to the in wave so the motion is moving in only one direction in a a circle in 3d like doughnut. when you have a laser and reflect the beam in a mirror and the reflection crosses input laser and if the angle of the beams are not a match the resulting doughnut wave will create spin. you get a torsion effect.
