I'd like to see this with a single, small compartment towards the headboard end. That way you could have easy access to, say, a handgun and light. If you absolutely need to get to your weapon and with a quickness I don't see how you can quietly remove your spouse from the bed.

man... the safest place to keep you gun's is: a couple maybe 3 in your holsters tied around levi's... the rest should be scattered around your pad in secret locations so that where ever the situation is within your domain you can rebound your sapien sleepers without compromising your means of protection. what if burglary turns into robbery? and the robbers were strapped and separated you from your bed. they killed your wife/child (if applicable). and their searching for you as the next victim?

Am I the only one disappointed by the false advertising? I was hoping for an actual bunker complex under the mattress - complete with food, water, geiger counters, light anti aircraft guns, gold bars and a subscription to the Ron Paul newsletter.
