I'm not well informed on fish oil and it's effects however I've known of Dr. Barry Sears for 10 years now and versed in some of his works and will say, this guy is someone to learn from. I've benefited from The Zone and known others to have for years now. If your interested in your physical health, nutrition, diet, I suggest you look into his works, particularly his 'Mastering the Zone' diet book. Very reader friendly and well worth it.

Dr Sears I was introduced to your book about 2 years ago. I've applied what I learnt in thier to this day. Thank you. I know how to eat now so that I can always feel energised and full, but not put on fat. I read omegaRX and learnt about fish oil. I'd love to include that in my diet too, and probably one day I will, but for now I can't afford it. Keep up the good work. :)

patented fish oil is not needed - buy natural products only

This is not so - patented fish oil by the Zone is medical grade in that most impurities are removed plus the concentrate of epa and dha is the best on the market. My wife has arthritis so bad she could not bend her knee and we tried all different kinds of oil. She found that the zone fish oil liquid - is incredible. She can now bend her knee. So we buy the zone fish oil and we take 2 teaspoons a day with another zone product called seahealth.
