Word of Advise, do your ab workout without your legs being brace. I like the angle because your working the abs isometrically but dont really on holding on with the feet to pull yourself up use it to make sure you dont roll off the bench but when you brace your legs you end up using your hip-flexer muscles. In other words "your cheating" and you may not be getting the full potiential of your Abs
yea they work for me, i do many different stomach routines....my stomach has come down a whole lot, but you have to run long distance on a regular basis, to get the stomach that you are looking for..
that doesen't sound like a bad idea! you could go at it from a bunch of different angles: 1)you are a pro boxer (so you know what skills/techniques to teach fighters, 2) you lost a bunch of weight so you could drop the nutrition/fitness knowlege or 3) the inspirational route (a combo of the first two).
if you ever get bored though, you could call it "kicking ass with gerald tucker" or you could think up a good name for it.............hahahahaha! good luck bro!
Looking good, GT! I bet you could make a fortune producing an exercise video. Edit in some of your old fights, personal footages, including the time when you were out of shape, and it would be an exercise AND an inspirational video. I'd be the first in line to buy it!
