Wow!! Really good suicide awarness video! It´s sad that this number of people commit suicide everyday... And that´s just in the States... I wonder how many it is in my country.. I know I would have been one of those people if it wasn´t for the hospital I am in now....cause they care and want me to go on with my life!

what if u think that letting som1 know wud make things worse, at least if i do it i wont have to go throgh every1 asking wat was i thinking, now1 leaves me alone, i wud never get to the end of it, i cud get to the end of it and i wudnt hav to go throgh it day in and day out.
because i know how you feel, and know that you are right. you wont ever hear the end of it. but it is a GREAT relief to not have to hide them, not have to cover up in the summer. be able to swim. yeah, i get stares. and people like to whisper behind my back. but they dont know what we've gone through. so i say fuck them. i still cut. i have been for 3 1/2 years, almost 4 now. and i know how hard it is to know that under everything you are hiding there is something that wants to stop.
but that is exactly why you have to find someone that you feel comfortable talking to. maybe someone close to you, or even make the effort to try and find those people. because there are alot of people who go through it. and that something inside is the something that you need to listen to. you need to find help before you find yourself buying hundreds of dollars of bandaids. and waking up in the er... it gets worse, trust me. but remember i am always here if you want to talk, and i will listen.
iv stoped now, i still feel like that somtimes but, i now it's better to let yourself heal. i haven't been caught and the marks are still there but faded. i hope you can stop eventualy

but they help us through it, cause admitting we have a
problem is the first step on the road to recovery my friend. :)

i kept my problems, and
feelings to myself, untill it happend
untill the day came that i almost committed suicide.
talking does help, otherwise i wouldn't be alive right now.
