I worked on the Sun, Dawn, Sea, and Coral =) Sun/Dawn from Australia! Bye far the best contracts! Well, that is until I met my wife on the Coral =) WORST contract because of the rest of the staff/new regulations for Officers/Staff - BUT, it resulted in meeting my wife =)

Nice horn battle. I remember with new guys (usually dancers or "fun staff") we would invite them to the "13th" deck (which doesn't exist on any ship, we skip to 14th) Anyway, when they couldn't find it (continued)

@DangerD205 We would radio the secuity to meet them to take them to the "13th deck" which was the HORN BOX...They would wait there for a few minutes before being blasted at 2am by the horn...Resulting in temporary hearing loss (about 15 minutes) Dangerous?...sure...Funny? Always.

@tkunkel4395 have you ever heard a disney on disney horn battle before. Its so boring after the first minute as they just keep repeating that same tune. In this battle the ships were stuck in port for hours because of a bomb scare. So when they got to leave they spent over 10 minutes in a horn battle.

I went on both of those ships for more than 30 days on each! I was happy to be friends with the captain on Sun Princess and blast the horn of it on it's first voyage across the equator to Sidney, Australia back in 2007. The Diamond is an amazing ship too, that I enjoyed bridge.  Both are truly magnificent, thanks!

That was the cruise with the bomb scare. If i am not mistaken as i was on  that and was watching this sail away. It was the best sail away i have ever seen. But it was my most eventful cruise and i have been on a lot of them.
