I think really anyone can if they play in a band; you pick the gaining of the instrument up, and that doesn't necessarily make you great, just that you have knowledge for it...even if it's a tad. What I want to see though, is Phil on the synth. Every music-mate in Radiohead has fingered a keyboard, except for Phil. But then and some, if he were to do get on something else for a certain number, where would the monumental drumbeats come from?
