hey man, i get not detect on my bios after a few days always On. is it work for my problem? and can we see indicate the burned diode? yes i know i have to get the star-screw first.
hey man, so i have the same hd, with fw cc3e. windows won't recognize it str8 but after 5 mins of operating it will show up in the disk area...there i won't be able to access it, it will give me an error ''not accessible, parameter is incorrect''..i managed to upgrade to the last fw through bios, with success...after upgrading fw OS did a chkdsk before it loads, i could see some files, but as i logged on OS again it did the same thing...i have also usb to sata adapter..still nth..any ideas? thnx
Thank you soooooooooo much for this video man, I have just removed the burnt diode and I can access all my data again. I wonder what is it you cannot find in youtube these days.... Well done.
@mihjr Have you looked at the board yet? It may be very similar. Make a video and send it to me and maybe I can diagnose it from the video. Make sure it's really close to the board if you do it.

@leandrofabior Yeah. I wouldn't run it constantly like that though. Just to get everything off.

@iron963 No. A clicking sound is a much bigger problem. Unfortunatly I don't know how to fix that.
