Sturm does 8 damage to units within a 5x5 space diameter, all of Sturm's units get a 20% boosts in attack and defense.

Von Bolt does 3 damage to units within a 5x5 space diameter, also making those units miss their next turn.

Sturm:"Wait! Wait! WAIT!...That's ALL you got, old man?"

Von Bolt:"Shut...hhnnnn...up, I...hhnnnn...outlived...hhnnnn­....you!"

Sturm:"At least I actually managed to conquer nearly the entire world before I was pushed back!"

Hawke & Lash: Rebel Yell

Hawke drains 2HP from all enemy units and restores 2HP to his own. Uses the advantage to blow through the now weakened enemy units.

Lash then picks up where Hawke left off. Continues to defeat enemies with terrain attack and movement advantages. Blasts more enemy units away. After the turn is over, the double defense stars make counterattack absolutely impossible.

Sami and Eagle are a tremendous pairing. Bundle your infantry into some apcs or transport choppers and move them once, twice, disembark, move them 6 tiles, then instant capture regardless of their health? That's rather tasty.
