@jabg2011 From Wikipedia's definition of "Cybersquatting":
"Cybersquatting ... is registering, trafficking in, or using a domain name with bad faith intent to profit from the goodwill of a trademark belonging to someone else. The cybersquatter then offers to sell the domain to the person or company who owns a trademark contained within the name at an inflated price."
Pretty sure Google can get the domain, or get it shut down, without too much trouble.
@SolidIncMedia I'm sure they could, they are one of the most powerful companies in the world. But he isn't doing anything wrong by owning a domain. They aren't going to sue some regular guy for simply owning a domain.
@jabg2011 Microsoft have sued someone in the past for merely owning a domain, see Microsoft vs. MikeRoweSoft for the details (Wikipedia has a good article on it). I'm not saying Google would sue this guy, they would probably put in a complaint with the necessary people (ICANN perhaps, as they have an area for trademark infringement complaints) and get this domain issue resolved (shut down, transferred, whatever)..
@SolidIncMedia I am very well aware of Microsoft vs MikeRoweSoft, and it was not because he owned a domain, but because the name of his company was phonetically the exact same as theirs.
@jabg2011 From my understanding, the name of the company wasn't intentionally designed to mislead or profit from Microsoft's name. Perhaps I'll skim some court documentation if I can find some. Either way, if dudedotmichael intends try and sell the domain to Google, he'll find himself unable to do so. Fascinating stuff, this Internet law :)
I agree it's a weird video but it's totally real and not a aprils fool. just google "googlebody" the first result will take you to the google's body browser see it for yourself. Is really amazing.
@aledujke pssst..... a little spice never hurt anybody, but I think Google let too much Spice Gold out the bag! lol... of course if you don't know what Spice is and how it affects human, you'll find out soon enough. Proving once again that if anything makes you feel good it'll be made illegal soon enough! ^_^ ......hmm come to think of it, I expect Google putting up these hilarious April's Fools Day stoner wares will become illegal too!!!

This is real. You go to Google labs.com. Then click on Google body's. But you have to have WEBGL for it to work.

@SolidIncMedia Yeah right, he can own whatever domain he wants to. If Google want it, they'll buy it.
