I've heard good things about the Hyundai drivetrains coming out. The exterior design feels like the same old regurgitation of the regurgitation that the designer threw up before him. This is a respectable car. It reminds me of a jerkoff bicyclist in blue spandex and an designer bike helmet. Hyundai had the right feel several years back; Humble, yet respectable. This thing looks like it's taking itself too seriously. I like class, not ass.

Nothing wrong with the Tiburon. The last one was actually called a "baby Ferrari" by a lot of people, magazines, etc. because of it's styling (NOT the performance...don't get me wrong). I honestly don't know why they ditched that nameplate to name their new coupe after not only their bloated "flagship sedan", but an early 1990's Sega videogame console. The "Genesis"-name only makes me think of one or the other. The 1st gen. Tiburon was a little dodgy, but what 1st run car isn't??

That's horseshit. I once had a Mitsubishi Precis (a.k.a. Hyundai Excel) that shouldn't have even STARTED in the mechanical shape it was in. Not only did it run, but I drove the wheels damn-near off of it, and only paid $200 for the fucking thing. On top of that, I put like maybe another $200 into it, and it would blow the doors off of V8 powered Jeep Grand Cherokees etc. There are videos on here of people intentionally trying to "kill" a Hyundai and it takes a helluvah lotta' abuse.
