I envision: Pikkon and Piccolo meeting up, Piccolo joined with Goku in the Otherworld Tournament, this time Picclo there, let's say somewhere Piccolo and Pikkon are matched up. This would equal to a great fight! I don't think Piccolo could back down from it, (That would be true if Nail was still in him. I don't think so after the fusion with Kami he was around much anymore). But worth the match!

Actually, I don't think he did sample Pikkon's theme. It just sounds similar. IE there's no low choir and the chord progression is different.
