Remember -  Ek Dwi Bahu

Saptami -Pade Padayoh padeshu

it is correct Padayoh पादयोः but since the next word beginns with "v" व and this is a voiced sound, according to sandhi rules the visarga ः becomes र thus: पादयोर्विष्णुस्तिष्ठतु.... notice also the sandhi between Vishnu and tisthati visarga before t becomes s....
