  • EVERYBODY IS GETTING RID OF THEIR MUSCLE CARS! WHAT THE FUCK?!

  • holy shit that thing sounds like a monster

  • @TATERxSALAD44 It sure does

  • @rjdioforever Hey nice car, how much lift on the camshaft? I'm trying to chose a cam for my 400 big block, yours sounds like it's a good mix between power and streetability...

  • @DeAdiSSu3 I have absolutely no idea how much it was mate, sorry....

  • @rjdioforever It's quite alright, thanks for the reply.

  • @bobyoung53 Cheers mate, wasn't intending to do a burnout really, it was around 6.30 on a Sunday morning so I was kind of trying to keep a low profile.. I know, I know it's not possible really but I was trying and you can't blame a fella for that.

  • look out frenchie! lemme drive that damn car.

  • wow, beautiful dude and lovely sound too. Should have a better quality video done

  • @v8guvnor

Cheers buddy, not really a lot I can do about the video quality I'm afraid. I don't own this car anymore :(

  • Awesome Mopar bud, do most Europeans even know what it is or the size of the engine? I bet they freak out when they hear it and see how much power it has for a "yank tank"

  • @Boredout454 There wouldn't be many people in Europe who know what a Mopar is that's for sure. Still I believe it's better that way, we can keep em for ourselves

  • @rjdioforever well there are mechanix that know some shit about foriegn cars here in america so you should prolly get over yourself bud :)

  • @rjdioforever oh i do, mopar, thts all u gotta mention 2 me n im turned on haha living in north east england and any old american car they are stunned sedan, fastback, rag top, u name it, 18 yr old n my dad drives a 74 mercury while i gotta drive i lil european hatchback (clio) wish i could afford th insurnace lol

  • @Boredout454

I live in Germany, so I can only tell for the situation here, but normally, as soon as you have a V8 under the hood, they think you got a car with enormous performance.

No matter if you*re runnin a Hemi, or a 318 airpump...they all think you have like hp in it.

    Typical wannabe pros I'd say...

  • your polish friend :D im also from poland. I love road runners, satellites and GTX's.

Never knew that in GB can be a Road Runner

  • @morderca95 Yes there are plenty of them

  • Boy I bet that's a handfull in the UK

  • @sugarisgoodness No more than it would be in the US

  • I'm suprised he hasn't killed himself in that

  • @Moparmanrick77 What makes you think that? I'm a very safe driver.

  • Ugly sound when accelerating, nice when idle though

  • real bad boy....yeah i love the v8 sound :)

  • Lose the stripes

  • has that got the satelite boot lid? definetly not a roadrunner one. i love that car btw. are there maney in the uk? i have been looking for one for ages and have decided i must import one from america instead :(.

  • Yeah it's a clone for sure, it has the '69 hood inserts, RR badge on dash in wrong position, missing the bird, 120mph speedo...

btw i have a great original 1 owner '68 rustfree CA project for sale, mail me when interested... (I'm in Belgium)

  • how much would you want for it?

  • send a PM...

  • I can see his bumper sticker: WATCHOUT I'M DRUNK!!!!

  • I am trying to bribe my dad to buy a 69 383 but he is more of a truck man. I can drive in a few months time, if me dad bought it, it would really stand out in geordie land.

    Nice vid

  • Thanks, hope you manage to covince your dad about the wonder of Mopar.... Good luck.

  • @Richad09 If you're a teenager it probably won't happen. If you want muscle in a less conspicuous package, get an old truck. I'm a Ford guy, 16, and I drive a 302 F150 that hauls. Look at mid to late 60s F100s with the 390. That engine will haul ass.

  • yea i knw but it wud be pretty cool if i were 2 actually cruise round where i liv

  • I bet alot of people wonder what the hell that is in the UK!What's with the dumby light on?Probably very hard to locate parts for that in your neck of the woods.Nice car though,my brother owns a 69.If you need anything for it let me know,he has alot of extra stuff, but he is die hard OEM.Cheers!

  • A Road Runner in the UK! How cool is that! My dad had a 69 1/2 Vitamin C orange RR that we sold back in 92. It was the first car was ever in when I was born back in 75. Man do I miss that car! Nice Vid!

  • oh yeah, great, glasspacks.. make a wonderful car sound like some redneck pick-up truck..

  • Dude. My dad has a 68 roadrunner. It is so sick. 383. :} It runs high 14's. Man, the dragstrip is like my favorite place to be. How many 14 year old girls say that?? lol

    Sick. :}

  • Looks like the oil light is on?

  • Hi!

I'm getting a 68 Road Runner 383 cid in a couple of days. Seeing videos like this really makes me excited. Sounds great, this one. My 68 is built for dragracing and has got 465hp and a four speed manual transmission. 8 3/4 rear axle, diff. Enough to scare the shit out of me, I hope.

I'll be sure to upload a video as soon as the car is approved as street legal here in Norway. Hehe! ;) Too bad u sold your car!

  • Thanks buddy, Very much look forward to your future video.

My only regret is that I didn't floor it more when I did the pathetic wheelspin at the start of the video, and along the road when my mate was filming, he, he..

  • that car is bad

  • They dont Make them like they used to...

Its weird seeing them driven on the "wrong" side of the road too.

    Also, great car!!

  • Thanks my friend.. Driving on the 'wrong side' as you say, adds to the excitement beliveve it or not.

  • to bad about sell that car. My dad used to race his 68 383 when i was kid, i still remember the trantula high rise intake hanging out of the hood. now he has a 69 RR, 36 plymouth coupe, 70 satilite (this could be made into a RR clone), 69 dart convertable 360 fully restored, 64 dart sport 340 hot as hell, and he's still racing his 64 polara which is an original 426 max wedge car. It's got a 440 in it now, actually it's the third one, my dad seems to be hard on them at the track.

  • Nice....My Dads got 2 1970 Roadrunners and once we get some money we are gonna restore them

  • my dad has a business restoring old mopars

  • Wish him good luck with the resto.. 2 x '70 Roadrunners = 1 lucky guy.

  • I wish he was my dad..lol.

  • how much bhp was this thing pushing?

  • Not sure, never had her dyno tested. She was owned and used on the drag strip by a well know driver here before being left to rust away in a barn. She was discovered and restored by the chap I bought her off.

  • Great vid Matt, you should make em a bit longer though, lol... Cheers!

  • Ok, heres some advice. Don't sell it. In 2000 I sold My 68 RR 383 H.O. Super Commando Heads, Blah Blah. It Fkcing still kills Me. The guy sold it also, it was B5 Blue then painted Copper and sold to someone in Kansas. I think a internet sale. whatever, hold on to You'r ride

  • Too late budy, I've already sold it and yes, I regret it BIG time.

  • Damn, I'm too late. Now we will be bitching together

  • I sold my 70 (440) roadrunner in the states AND moved to the UK. still love it here but miss my big block mopars. Tearful yank...

    Viva Santa Pod!!!

  • Amen to that!!

  • what kind of mufflers, is it cherry bombs/straight pipes?

  • No mufflers, straight pipes.

  • beautiful, Great car man, I asked about the mufflers because I am getting a 67 charger, going to put a 383 from a 70 charger in it, just looking for a preview

  • Thankyou and good luck with your Charger..

  • shit is this a nice car

if you know where i can buy one pls tell me:)

PS forget Dodge or Ford Mustang or Chevrolet or anyone else:P

  • its the same thing as a dodge superbee, duh...

  • close but not the same, sit in each one, you'll understand the difference

  • a superbee is a coronet (Dodge).

a roadrunner is a satellite (Plymouth).

    really, two different cars.

  • Many thanks for all your comments but please keep the arguments for elsewhere, I have removed the said comments. Regards, Paul.

  • sounds nice

  • lisen to that bich screem

  • i have a 68 roadrunner that i'm restoreing i think mines gonna be sassy frass green though with the semi gloss black hood

  • mopar rules! look how tiny the ford looks beside this beast. great!

  • looks like roads in Norfolk.

  • Dude, your car needs some polish! Hehe, just kidding...awesome car, I wish I had one...

  • Damn, get some different mufflers on that thing!

  • Sorry I see 383 now. My mistake

  • Does it have a 440?

  • never came with 440s in 68, only 383 and hemi and only the 440+6 383 and hemi in 69

  • She sounds and looks amazing. Mopar or no car!

  • hmm i got a 68 camaro 327 at the moment, i keep thinkin of going mopar :)

  • Keep the camaro... I had a 67 Impala with the 327/275 HP with 4 speed and never lost to a 383 roadrunner...beep-beep!

  • its the first american car i`ve owned. what is it about the 327 that people like.

  • doubt it

  • ...Sounds healthy :-)

  • great video, but u really shood put your right foot on the wood

  • Too bad you dont have Polish musclecars!!!

  • there driving on the wrong side of the road lol

  • Auto?

  • great SÜPER AQ BU NE BÖYLE

  • Very nice. Good to see it's not rusting to dust in a barn like so many over here are.

  • My computer desk is shaking to the rumble of the bird! Love it!

  • I wish I had one like yours !!!!

  • dont be afraid to mash that pedal.
