Ako na! Hehehe! Try this one: throw in your chicken, crushed garlic (2tbls/kl of chicken), ground pepper (1tbls/kl of meat) and soy sauce (1/2 cup per kilo of meat or if u want less, its up to you) in a pan, then mix all together. Simmer (medium heat) for 45-55 mins with cover on. Do not boil! Remove cover Add vinegar (1tbls/kl of chicken) simmer (low heat) for 5 mins. Add salt to taste. Your done! This is very simple yet you get the full taste chicken and soy
Sad... Shes calling herself a chef? Haiii... Mukhang nilaga yung adobo nya. Skip the bay leaf because it will mask the flavors of the meat. Too much vinegar, skip the water!
I agree with aldren1990 ~ It would actually depend on how adobo is cooked. I like this one though. I've seen different ways of cooking abodo, including mine! This one is also good. Very easy.
Too much water... Looks like soup adobo...ewww..
