solar balloons can fly tens of thousands of feet above cloud cover. this one is probably coming down below the clouds late in the evening as the sun fades away.
its no balloon i saw this the same day watched it fir about 10 mins ,then bout a week later saw it again it came right over my flat about 300 ft up about thirty other people saw it to filmed it both times showed up on the phone when i was filming when i watched it back nothing both times

I guarentee you- if you show this video with the audio muted to a random person, it is almost certain that they will tell you the same - it's a kite.
Why would a kite rotate and not flutter or wander? I fly kites and they normally remain at a steady heading because the wind determines the kite's heading (the kite faces oncoming wind). And as wind fluctuates they wander side to side. A sudden change in wind direction causes the kite to wobble or crash, not rotate. So I have trouble accepting the kite explanation.

you can tell the object is actually there, and hasn't been put in, as it moves exactly with the motion of the camera. You could find the relative speed that it moves infront of the clouds and work out the distance and size of it with a few simple calculations.
It is odd that many UFO's are triangle shaped, and we dont make triangular flying objects.

That things huge, literally. Its gliding through the sky in fairly high altitude. Notice there is no noise being emitted from the craft and towards the end of the video the object in question has gained some distance from the persons filming. Looks like some sort of black project craft to me, weather it be government or extraterrestrial, we will never know.
