  • They are raising it to 70 in finland. trust me nobody around here does nothing about it :D this sucks ass literally

  • The french aren't wrong for standing up to their Government i salute them on this. In Ireland i think us not standing up to our government is a loss .

  • A bunch of mobs blaming the government for their own laziness.

  • I would feel this would have more legitimacy if the protestors were almost retirement age. That i could understand. These are all kids. 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 years old....

  • @Sumoto999

Because these people think over a long-term. So that they can enjoy their pension

one day instead of working till your death. You pay a lot of money for pension and

the government should not make jokes with that.

  • I love how Americans call french pussies about WWII and don't even show the start of a demonstration in order to keep their social rights (if they still have).

In france we have free school who teaches philosophy, history and civic education to each frenchduring years. We don't have to choose between driver licence and philosophy or history ... We learn to think by ourselves . And our love for the patrie don't come from a blinding salute to the flag each morning .

  • @Keeperofkiller well its true the french are spoiled cawardes pussies. we wont riot and destroy public property that been paid for with taxpayers money. and if we're gonna riot its gonna be over something a bit more serious.and american retire age in 62-65 not 67.guess which nato countries are fighting in afghanistan germany britain, australia,u.s., canada, dutch, and even estonia, while you french pussies sit back and expect us to save your lazy caward asses cunts.

  • americans are brainwashed... dont bring them into this

  • @kennytheangel1997 - WHO protests when you do not have Unions, Syndicates. WHO is protesting ???

  • "Oh no, we have to work an extra two years! How terrible!"

Shut the fuck up, France. This is why everyone hates you.

  • @iClassiqaL obviously ur american

  • "YOU French should check USA retirement and benefits (NONE) YOU will be SUPER happy for what you HAVe."

i can't do anything for you if you are a sheep.

  • (...) to the ruling party's HQ in exchange for under the table billion euros tax breaks. That's called "balancing the budget". People just feel disgusted and mad at this system.

The collusion between high finance and the political milieux that are supposed to keep it in check are now so blantant and shameless that people are bound to revolt. And it's not just in France that are people are sick and tired, its everywhere - from Egypt to Wisconsin.

  • People have watched the banking sector defraud the nation for 100's of billion euros figures, and what do they get? Jail sentences? No, they get free money from the government and untaxed multi-million euros bonuses for having wrecked the world's economy. And it's working people, retired people and the young that are made to bear the costs. And the government keeps sinking into obsene corruption scandals involving the country's richest financiers sending briefcases filled with cash (...)

  • An interesting thing about this unrest was that looking at public opinion polls a majority of the people (55 or 60%) actually agreed with raising the retirement age - yet 75% said they supported the protest movements against the reform. Why? Because the pensions thing was merely a pretext, the deeper reason for these protests is the massive feeling of injustice and resentment that has been building up for years against the greed and inequity of this government

  • Its about fucking we need less Sheep in this world and more wolfs to take down the Banks

  • Curious to see mostly african and middle-eastern youths rioting about a policy that won't affect them for 40 or so years. Where are the actual soon-to-be retirees protesting? they're not.

  • @OccamsView "Where are the actual soon-to-be retirees protesting? they're not." - Actually they were, in the millions and over several months. You can't base your opinion on 2 minutes of short footages, especially when these footages actually show thick crowds of middle-aged workers protesting. You just want to make it look like it's a bunch of evil brown aliens disrupting the country for no reason because your own prejudice makes you want to look at everything from a race-war standpoint.

  • @USAdude30 Middle class do pay less i'll give you that, but not by much. More importantly the super rich pay MUCH less in the USA then euro states. What's the point in paying little less taxes if you have to pay exorbitant high prices to get decent health care or a decent education because our public schools are terrible?

We also have much higher poverty rates(highest child poverty rate in the developed world) b/c of welfare spending cuts, which were brought about b/c of reduced tax revenues.

  • @USAdude30 You are wrong. Middle class America is taxed just as much as those in euro(However our richest citizens enjoy considerable tax breaks, warren buffet only pays 16.5 overall tax rate), we even pay more for health care then Europeans and we still get terrible health care. If we had opportunity to invest then the top 1% of all people wouldn't control 87% of the stocks. I want less CORPORATE CONTROL through gov regulation. Smart gov, not big gov.

    Turn of Fox news.

  • What about the U.S? That Social Security for my Kidz would be at age 69.. Would they ake it to 69 with all these procesed food ..I dout it !!!GOD BLESS OUR KIDZ FUTURE.. "FREE ALL NATION OF THE WORLD"... From these EVIL EMPIRES WORLD WIDE!!!!

  • Many people dont really know anything about the French retirement age. They are talking about the Early retirement age. In France its now 62. In Greece 57, Italy 57, The Netherlands 60, Spain 60, United States 62.

So France and the USA have the same early retirement age. The normal retirement age of France is 65. And of the USA 67. In France, the retirement age has been extended to 62 and 67 respectively, over the next eight years.

  • Retirement age in USA soon to be --- 69 ---

  • It is you problem if you think you should have to work longer. Here in France, we think that life is not about work and that there are a few people who benefit way too much from the hardwork of the mass and they should be the one to pay. Face it, slavery has just changed form.

  • What a pack of foolishness, incompetence and lies on the part of this commentator. It is the youth that is protesting in these films. Why? The mouthpiece does not even think to look at the film or to answer this question. Because, unlike this fool, these young men and women understand, that with the high unemployment that exists, with each year of forced work by the seniors on account of the retirement age raise, they will be jobless and without opportunities and careers, one for one.

  • China 1.3 billion in numbers 1.300.000.000 People

    and 1.56 Million prisoners

USA 300 Million in numbers 300.000.000 People

    and 2.65 million prisoners

That is why no one in USA is protesting.

  • french pussy's, the riot over the dumbest things ever. Go fucking work for 2 more years of your gay life.

  • In france the news said they burn gas stations, cars, and random buildings. WHY? Will that bring in GAS faster? Here in the USA the retirement is 65! And they want to raise it to 67. And no one cares. Americans, sadly , have been taught to not care. very sad.

  • Its awesome i think, they are pissed about the bullshit their government is trying to push on them so they're fighting back. Alot better than the bitches we've turned into in america. The government here just keeps pushing their regulatory dick inch by inch, every year into our just put up with it, we feel safer this way asses.

  • they'll work to protest and get hit with tear gas, but they won't work.

    ???

  • and in Mexico it is beyond worst. Ignorant, scared with the arms tied up and the ass up in the air.

  • lets go frenchies! GET TO WORK!

  • history of change

  • People need to stop living so long so I can retire earlier.

  • I wonder why our country did not respond this way to the age in retirement increase some years ago. I understand their resentment and cant help to notice most of the violent acts are being carried out by people no where near the retirement age. I agree it sucks but come on man 2 years more, is it worth the violence. I for freedom and the people being in control and a Revolution. We must keep our heads and do it in a peaceful manor. If the US starts riots then were going to be policed to the max.

  • @gesteiger1959 because in the USA people are sacare

  • @2DAREPUBLICAMEXICANA In the USA, people are not scared. They are some of the most carefree people in the modern world, the problem is that they are ignorant

  • @setustraight yes I agree in the USA people are ignorant and scared

  • @2DAREPUBLICAMEXICANA HOWDY. I do not agree. They are ignorant, YES. Scared? No. STUPID? Yes. BLIND? YES! Not scared. Most people still dont know SODIUM FLUORIDE was used IN America as rat poison and insecticide for like 100 years. They refuse to think thier own government is behind ALL THE PROBLEMS. I am sure IF [ if EVER ] they find out there will be a time of great sadness and riots in this country.

  • @269dremer Hi, also S Flouride was use by the nazis in the prison camos to keep them dosile. The goverment as no power it is just a smoke screen. The sionist, the corporations, military industrial complex haves the goverment by the balls. And the people of the USA are paying the cost. I bealive that the freedom of Mexico and the world depends on the people of the USA. I think Ron Paul and Jesse Ventura are the last real freedom figthers liders of the USA.

  • @2DAREPUBLICAMEXICANA HOWDY! I also agree with all of that. CHEMTRAILS [ barium/aluminum] in the air! Artificial sweeteners! And the US government is MAKING people go onto unemployment/welfare so when they CUT IT ALL their will be massive riots. Most Americans think they have a vote [ republicans/democrats are the same party. ]. They dont. Our own government said IF YOU VOTE 3rd PARTY YOU COULD BE A TERRORIST! I wonder when the SHEEPLE will wake up.

  • @269dremer well organise the people. And vote for the independent. Here in Mexico were are fucked, by law you canot be a independent, one can only be elected by a party. I have try but they wont let you. Political partys are BS, they shoul be ilegal. Only independant. I was told to build a party or get in one fucked that. Its imposible to get guns here so pretty much were are fucked. 1 out of 1000 people are wake, the rest are just biological androids that will not wake up

  • @2DAREPUBLICAMEXICANA HOWDY. For a second there I thought you were talking about HERE IN AMERICA! According to home land security... YOU COULD BE A TERRORIST IF YOU VOTE 3RD PARTY. Yes. And the government released that to the public. And, a few other things Im sure they didnt mean to let the SHEEPLE KNOW. Sad times for the WHOLE WORLD ahead. To many people think their governments care. AGENDA 21... look it up.

  • @269dremer yes i know, and it fuking retarded. The elite created the problem, they desing the society. They create the problem and thet give you the solution. It works like that in any country. The Sun is responsible for the temp. Les activity of the sun=it gets colder. High act= hoter. The real concern is resources and contamination. C02 give me a break. C,H,O,N are the most abundant elemt on earth. They want to reduce the population thet are afraid that people will wake up in mass

  • FRENCH French you are crazy - LOOK at USA retirements and benefits.

and you will be happy when they raise your retirement age to 70.

  • @AngelWillGetYouBitch Americans don't stand up and protest corrupt government? What do think the tea parties have been about? I'll bet you sit home and watch the MSM believing their story line that the tea partiers are all a bunch of crazies. THEY are going to change this corrupt government if it takes the violence that the Declaration of Independence finally demands if all else fails.

  • @mexisxfamousxstylzz Wake up! The new world order is behind things like this. They sow dependence and a belief in entitlements and then gain power in the ensuing mayhem when the promises are broken.

  • @leestauf You're a retard tbh, those teenagers need to work at least 40 years to get acces to the 62 years pension. And guess what? If they study they won't even reach that minimum years. So they have no choice to work till 65-67 years old. Have fun.

  • ty for standing up france

  • Rock on France!! like Marley said himself-ohh ya gotta get up stand up-stand up for your rights...

  • Comment removed

  • @arch37 SArkozy is a sionist agent.

  • Let them eat cake. LOLOLOLOL

  • You guys are always so pompous; bragging about your benefits.

Looks like your benefits are going to be cut. LOLOLOLOLOL

Gees, this is fun to watch.

  • LOL - I hate the French. This is just eye candy.

    Stupid bastards.

They going to do away with your health care next? LOLOLOLOL.

  • Isn't only 1 million but 3,5 millions of people on street you dump midia!

  • fuck these illuminati mother fuckers. lets go burn shit n loot stores

  • and i was going to go to paris this december..

  • how come all the so called "youth" are blacks or middle eastern fucks????????

very few in the big non union protest are french?????

  • @tHeWasTeDYouTh thank you to the MASS IMMIGRATION IN FRANCE !

  • @tHeWasTeDYouTh So you're saying black people can't be French? Go crawl back under your rock where you belong.

  • @NutsandGuts no you wanker, I just noticed that in the non union protest the vast majority of the people whereblack or from the middle east

I just wondered, suck my dick and eat my shit

  • -- in USA retirement age is 65 and retirements are very LOW.

so people who are over 65 have to work hard jobs.

IF you protest they KILL you and that is it. That is why nobody protests in USA

But FRANCE is protesting retirement age of 62 holy fuck.

YOU French should check USA retirement and benefits (NONE) YOU will be SUPER happy for what you HAVe.

  • @aviomaster Kill you? Were did you learn that? Please do tell :)

  • @aviomaster We are happy of what we have, that's why we fight to preserve it!

  • @aviomaster

riot when their 25ish years old about retiring decades later.

Fool's like these should be sterilized. Would you want them to raise the next generation...hell no you would not!

Fools like these are the reason why so many countries are fucked up!

I could under stand if they are just 1 or 2 years away from retiring, but decades???!!!!!

  • @aviomaster Time for US citizen to stop pretending to be touch.

  • @aviomaster Many people dont really know anything about the French retirement age.

  • @aviomaster people dont get to live to 65..even if you live to get to retirement you die like 10 years later the most... soo the question here is why arent they lowering the retirement age ? lower retirement age means more vacant jobs for the younger people, DUH...

  • @aviomaster stay in usa check your mind ok mate

  • @aviomaster

They don't KILL you over protests in the U.S., but it is true that if you riot then they'll be *harsher* than most police forces. Depending on where you live.

  • @rodney346 I don't know if they kill you, but in USA we have thousands of fully staffed empty prison camps being erected for when the shit hits the fan. Thanks Bush patriot act.

  • @aviomaster It's because they fight, that the government doesn't further rape their people.

In America everyone drinks lithium water and watches sunday night football, meanwhile they are being robbed blind by republicons.

  • @aviomaster

It's 67 in France if you want all your money not 62, at 62 benefits ain't complete.

  • @GuyEMS Then why are they raising hell about it then?

  • @aviomaster you see, that's exactly the difference between the French and the Americans. The French don't let the government fuck them over like you do in the states. They fight back with all they've got. Therefore they have more benefits. You don't have shit because you don't fight for your rights.

  • @aviomaster Yeah , agree with you but we frenchies love sleeping xD and we work everydays . :/

  • @aviomaster shut the fuck up, this is europe. go sit in your American Corrupt Fucking Country. we will do something about our countries, you can just go eat, stay quiet and not speak out. If you get shot for freedom of speech of protesting, then your country is very bad. Don't fucking come here and speak about the shit you made and saying were lucky. were not lucky, WE JUST KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH OURSELVES AND OUR OWN COUNTRY.

  • @aviomaster "if you protest they kill you"

what kool-aid are you drinking? Protests happen all the time in front of the capitals of every state and even the federal capital. A day does not go by when some group is not protesting for something. It's a protected right under the consitution of the united states, which is the laws that the laws must follow (if that makes sense).

  • @aviomaster

Happy what you have, that is stupid argument comparing other countries poorer choices to other country. They have every single right to protest against something they dont like, you just keep classy in USA by whining behind PC while french defend their rights.

  • Comment removed

  • @aviomaster im english but live in france. Think, why do french people have so many rights? cause they fight! if they put the age up 2 years and noone does anything, eventually they'll wanna put it up again. i dont know much about USA so i cant say nothin. but before you say that, think about why the french have it so good cause they can and do fight for their rights.

  • @aviomaster what are you smoking protesting happens all the time in america go to the US before you start sayin crap bout it

  • @aviomaster fuck being happy with what you have pro-fucking-test dude

  • THIS is what we will eventually have with the democratic/progressive/socialist agenda. THIS is the eventual result that anyone with more than a few brains, has been concerned will happen here. THIS is what thoughtful PATRIOTS have been trying to warn everyone about in this country if the progressives are allowed to continue. THIS is the path the dems/barry would have us continue down. Resist failed socialism now, or expect these results and worse here. We are headed down the same socialist path.

  • These people are a perfect example of what you get with a left wing socialist government that promises more than it can deliver. These people actually expect the gravy train to continue when the gravy has run out. The socialists spend and promise and these are their off spring in the streets demanding what is no longer there. They had better get a job and start saving if they want to retire someday. Feel sorry for those nearing retirement, who have contributed and believed the socialist lies.

  • @leestauf And since when's the UMP a socialist party?

  • The socialists are behind every feel good give away scheme in every country. They corrupt young minds with socialist fairy tales. They will bankrupt any country if given half a chance. Do you think these are capitalists in the street protesting they aren't getting enough free stuff? I don't think so.

  • @leestauf the socialist fairy tales kinda helped us of the economic crisis.

  • @mexisxfamousxstylzz It would be a start. Physically easy to do any day of the week. Psychologically harder "what if I get arrested and lose my job?".....we will one day get past that type of thinking when we are completely against the wall. That's why the Illuminati give it to us very slowly and in increments. Hopefully we stay just at bay and put up with it. They're sick and we need to destroy them sooner rather than later. Cheers.

  • The criminal governments of this world better watch out

    The sheep are getting restless

  • @nasafakedit, this is exactly what the gvmnt's want the pubic to do, come out and be targets on the streets so they can bring in the military and get rid of the excess masses. this is no longer a democrasy, it's a dictatorship of the greedy over the hand that feed's them!

  • @nasafakedit

Definately, indeed we´ll see interesting times unfold. The monetary system is fake, the energycorporations and the whole establishment keeps down the free energy technologies, and the information is spreading very fast now. What when these protestors and all people get to know that we could have been harnessing free and clean energy sources for over a century but the corporational control-organization of the world has suppressed the truth and led people to enslavement. FREE ENERGY

  • @juntunenjukka

Most of the jobs people are doing are in vain! Not needed! Things can be put to work in a better way which means that less work will be needed. Welcome creation, welcome research and real science and freedom of expression! Total quantum leap in the whole culture on the planet. Re-creation of the world, or in other words, cleaning our mess and starting to do something better.

Research,, educate yourself and others about new energy technologies. peswiki, panacea-bocaf, etc.

  • @juntunenjukka Yes you are so right i can put together a solar system together in the backyard that runs vry good yet the government swears a average person cannot do this so they can have their DAMN BIG MONEY FRIENDS CONTROL EVERYTHING, YOU CALL THAT FREEDON HUH. I CALL THAT A POLICE STATE!

  • @nasafakedit

    Criminal governments?

When I went to France 3 years ago, the Charles de Gaul airport crews were working as if they were acting in a slow motion movie. And it takes 10 minutes to get an hamburger in Mcdonalds cuz the workers were chatting all the time with their colleagues and customers. Such slow speed and inefficiency were simply unseen here in Asia. French should be ashamed of themselves. Lazy sheep are just lazy sheep. It has nothing to do with the government.

  • @stephentsang2000 I think that is just a matter of culture. The Human-being is not a robot. So obiously we, as must of people all over the world, speak and some time time even shout when we work. It brings a good atmosphere, doesn't it! I think you Asians do not take the time to enjoy moments! We can recodnize very easily an asian tourist here in france: he's the only one to travel 100000 km, to visit stuff, but who only sees the monuments with his camera, instead of his eyes.

  • @manonclaudia

Enjoyment needs money. What are your people going to enjoy if you couldn't compete, huh? Your naive and idiotic thought stuns me.

  • @stephentsang2000 I'm not talking about enjoyment! I'm talking about working with happy faces! And just for your information, it doesn't keep french people from having one the highest productivities in work. So we can work well, and smile, exchange with your colleagues some times. I do not like when someone thinks himself well-enough to insulte others! We are not lazy.

  • @manonclaudia

Your version of working attitude is funny, but naive.

  • @stephentsang2000 it is just not yours. if it makes you laugh...it means your narrow-minded. you think that usual things for you, are just bulshit and it makes you laugh. poor guy!

  • @manonclaudia

It's your country which is in deep shit. And you think your version of working attitude is not bullshit? Who is more narrow minded? 凸(^o^)凸

  • @stephentsang2000 well you must know for shure that the crisis is not linked with productivity in work! it came first from the US (the second highest productivity in work in the world) and affected Europe especially this year because of extreme globalisation. SSo as you can see there's no major link between these 2 points.

  • @manonclaudia

A people with such working attitude will fail in the international competition sooner or later anyway. The financial tsunami is not the cause. It is simply a catalyst that speeds up your demise. Lazy people always find excuses to evade their own guilt!

  • @stephentsang2000 well man I just that your ONLY interest in life is work and money. Don't you have any hobbies? pfff what if your job is boring (like if you clean toilets, for example) you might want to mae it less boring by for example putting the radio on etc... that won't keep u from working, just from being too annoyed! not everybody is lucky enough to do the job he's choosen.

  • @manonclaudia

Hobbies, or any kind of enjoyment, are based on money. Boring? Whose job isn't boring? Work is a necessary evil to accumulate money. After you got a decent amount of savings, you could put them into various kinds of investments, making people to work for you. If you are fortunate enough, there may be no need for you to work further, cuz you got the most effective weapon of controlling other people, i.e, money. He who has the money makes the rules. By then you could enjoy carefree.

  • @stephentsang2000I don't share ur viewpoint. There're people enjoying their work, passioned by their work.Doctors, nurses, eatchers, firemen, social worker, journalists, are passioned people most of the time, and they give their life to help people. There's something more than money or power.Money or power disappear with your death. What you say or did stays.money supports our needs but shouldn't be the only purpose of work. It's shallow. And hobbies like singing, writing, danse, don't always need money

  • @manonclaudia Great~ That's why Europeans and Americans borrowed so much from Asia. By the time when China makes the rules instead of the IMF, you people will be regretful for not paying attention to the ugly but matter-of-fact reality of this monetary world.

  • @stephentsang2000 we just can't compare: not the same culture, not the same economy, not the same political system (our is democratic). this puts an end to the discussion.

  • France, please do not stop protesting! Make your government take you seriously and do what you are telliing them to do! Please do not give up until burocrats FULLY accept your demands!

  • France is rigged, the world has no ideas how much it is.

  • France needs a 2nd REVOLUTION

    Bring back the guilotine

  • @nasafakedit The terror!lol

  • @dogdoom :)

  • @nasafakedit Actualy, there have already been 3 Revolutions in France (1789, 1830, 1848). And you could add 1871...

But, still, France needs a 4th Revolution!

  • @rodiarask yes the only way to have a real revolution is to make political partys iligal. And have only independent political candidates from the peopoe by the people.

Also the goverment must have the monopoly of the creation and destruction of money and not private. So there will be no dep and no intrest.

  • @rodiarask And 1968. France was revolutionary, but for two weeks only lol

  • @rodiarask French are lazy people. And no revolution of any kind could save lazy people. A country with such lazy people is doomed anyway. Greece is simply a herald of lazy people's demise.

  • @stephentsang2000 man you should be careful. You're becoming hateful and racist. This is intolerable...

  • @manonclaudia

I am a Hong Konger. And I am not racist. However, I could tell you lazy people are regarded as despicable in all society with Confucius culture.

  • @stephentsang2000 racism means ." Discrimination or prejudice based on race.". so you see your nationality is not an argument. even if I agre most of the time it' would be more like racist people to be white, it's not always, an unilateral phenomenon. you're full of prejudices. You're stigmatizing. And lazy is an adjective you can only use individually.

  • Comment removed

  • fuck those marxists who wants to destroy france and other countries

  • RESPECT to people of France! keep fighting for your right!

  • @theristis73

You're right to what? Be a burden on the rest of society as a government employee? Is that a right in France?

  • @jjrglobal How can a worker EVER be a burden to society?HE IS SOCIETY!!!!Not the rich elite whos ideas and values you are espousing!!!

  • @dogdoom

You thnk that an employee of a state agency that requires unnecessary paperwork, a job created by a bureaucrat simply to employee someone, you think these people are not a burden on society? Of course tey are. Not only do these non producers of goods and servies have to b paid but their job itself restricts the producing private sector. Someof these jobs my be necessary but most of them are not and they dont proiduce the goods and services we all want and need, they produce red tape.

  • @dogdoom A human being is a burden on society when them demand more than they produce. These young characters in the streets have produced little but are still demanding that they be given what must be taken from others. That is what socialism gets you. The truth is slapping you in the face right now and you still can't see it?

  • @theristis73 They have a right to other peoples money? That's the type of thinking that creates these problems.

  • Watch Sarkozy/ Mercille and Medehev very closely the next few days /weeks.

  • yeeeeeeeeee fuck obama

  • @n8legr8

obama is a coward and a liar

  • French riot police need to take some lessons from American riot police. The police in france are such pussies... but then again is it France.

  • @nasafakedit Good one. you sound very intelligent. You must be French.

  • @RobbinYoHood89 you must be retarded

  • Sarkozy is scum and his days are numbered

France is the only country where their citizens don't fear their criminal government

  • vive sarkozy, fuck socialism and...............can I get fries with that?

  • RussiaToday is so wrong for simplifying these protests! its not simply over retirement and the bill, the french have been continuously opposing this dictatorship exploitive capitalist polices.

  • This is what Obama wants in American for people to be angry and hate their own country. guys vote the left wing out of office they want to turn your country into a socialist nation. USA Vote Republican, Europe vote Conservative.

  • 2 years is a big deal by the time the protesters reach retirement age it would of rose some more,in the end they will expect us to work till we keel over and die

  • @DNO221 yes, definitely, while every other country has a retirement age stuck at 65. You do realize that France is broke, right? The older population is getting larger and larger and the welfare checks are unsustainable. You don't even have to have a degree to understand that. You have to have the mind of developed 5yr old.

  • @redarrowhead2 country's are in debt because of mismanagement of there economy's why should the people suffer for mistakes government makes?? everyone should be proud of what France is doing, if we all did this the world would be a better place, if country's want to save money they should stop wasting money on pointless wars

  • @DNO221 Yes because the govt is magical and can eliminate all resource scarcity... unlimited benefits for all. FYI, Frances military spending is only 2.3% of GDP.

  • @DNO221 what mismanagement of the economy? Can you offer me any specifics about what every nation in Europe is doing wrong to have similar financial problems as France? France's "mismanagement" of the economy is directly related to how it gives out huge pensions/benefits to a growing group of people that is has no way of paying for. What war is France even in? They barely did shit in Iraq. You don't know a thing about what you are talking about.

  • @DNO221

Why would you let the government tell you when you can retire? How the hell would some bureaucrat know when anyone needs to retire, let alone everyone? Why dont you save your money, invest, and when you feel you have enough to live comfortably, then retire. Stop relying on government for everything, especially handling your money for your golden years. Government needs to get out of the "helping everyone out" business, and stick to what it knows best, NOTHING.

  • @jjrglobal public sector workers have a cut of there pay taken towards state pension so the time the government is willing to let you have your money back is important,, agree with you that people shouldn't rely soling on the state for money after retirement but they take the money from us so people have the right to be angry when told they will have to wait another few years before they get it back, do you really think this will be the last time retirement age will rise?

  • @DNO221

I understand how the state pension plans work, I also understand that the promises made by government cant possibly be kept, in France, the rest of Europe and here in the US. I think everyone should be willing to do whats best for the country and my advice to all public workers, quit your job, become a productive member of society and join the private sector. Governments produce nothing better than the private sector and are nothing more than a liability and a drain on producers.

  • @DNO221 Gee, why don't they just retire now and forget all that work stuff in the middle? I'm sure someone will pay for it. Maybe the would like America to bail them out and pay their perpetual retirement?

  • viva la france!

  • I support rebellion at all cost, and yes I know that as an American,my country is fucked beyond repair, very few of my fellow Americans will admit this, but I will,I dont see my country making it to 2050,we dont have what it takes anymore,we are going down the shitter ,and nobody gives a fuck,I used to get mad at you Europeans for pissing on America, but goddammit, yall at least partially have been correct, and China will be the new superpower,I know im gonna take some shit for telling the truth,

  • @BorderCityBandit Better join up with the tea party dude and ignore the MSM when they try to convince you that these PATRIOTS are a bunch of crazies.

  • the reasons for this chaos in the world ,is that our systems, like the money system, education (brainwashing)systems and govt and religous belief systems are no longer relevant, the old world we where born into is dying, and fallng away,we are in what I call a mass awakening, our vibrational frequencies are raising,we as a planet are growing up from child to adult ,we are in teenager phase now, collectively the worlds emotional level is that of a 13 year old, thats why we see evermore chaos

  • The unions have turn the French into lazy ignorant bums. They want to retire at an early age even if it means bankrupting there kids and taking there money in the process!!

    THIS IS PATHETIC AND IMMORAL!!!

  • @RRbattlefield why is this pathetic? they want to enjoy their lives as much as possible, and early retirement is the norm. Their high tax rate should guarantee that they can retire at an earlier age. It's not like America where we are happy to eat shit and do whatever the government tells us. Its a different system, they value the quality of life, we value money.

  • @130starfish I agree! Too many people on here are fools, they don't have an ounce of common sense. An early retirement is MUCH better than a later one. That is if you have a brain!

  • @loveunderlaw i only wish i could retire at 60, enjoy my grand kids( when i have them) and tour the world. But unfortunately, that doesn't look possible with the way our economy is headed.

  • @130starfish I know, I wish people could retire at 60 all over the World if they want to. Touring the World with your grandkids sounds like FUN, alot more fun than working til your mid 60's! Yeah something drastic needs to be done with the economy, & SOON! Between apathetic, incompetent, or corrupt politicians the World has been handed over to the bankers, & big energy barons. It's disgusting to say the least.

  • @loveunderlaw i think the thing that upsets me the most is our apathy.. we're willing to let the government do anything they want,, just as long as our whopper comes with cheese. And really ,, spending 425 billion a month in Afghanistan while 1 in 9 American children don't get enough to eat??? what more can i say?? I'm so disappointed in the what this country has become..

  • @130starfish Yeah it's QUITE insane IMO too. We need to stop trying to be the World's policeman, & tend to our own affairs. If our military people were stationed all along the border with Canada, & Mexico it would really put a damper on the ballooning debt, & massive illegal immigrations too. Most people are too ignorant, & apathetic to give a damn.

  • FagOfDeath, importing toilet cleaners from albania and north africa is not a solution to a nation that lacks people with skills. The fwench 'work' 30 hours per week, vacation for over six weeks and retire at 62. They can solve any labor shortage problem by extending working hours, extending retirement and limiting their paid vacation to two weeks per year.
