    ¿ puedo tener un folleto ?__ I can have a brochure ?

the more common would be: ¿me da un folleto ? ¿me daría un folleto? ¿me puede dar un folleto? you atop climb up a video believing that you know Spanish. jaja I do admit that my English is not good

  • very bad spanish¡¡¡ is not ¿Qué es la obra? is ¿cuál es la obra esta noche? is not ¿puedo tener un folleto? is ¿me daria un folleto?

BAD

What is tonight's play? = ¿Que obra se interpreta esta noche? GOOD

  • dang you guys are mean to her

  • Is fo-lle-to no fo-ie-to!! hay qe recordar la "ll" y no es una "i" OSEA... foLLeto! no foieto! xD

  • @princesitadecubillas is right. I live in Argentina at the moment. "¿Qué es la obra de esta noche? is very, very wrong. But... "¿A dónde podemos ir a bailar?" is not wrong. Different countries, different ways to use gramatical forms. Saying "¿A dónde podemos ir para bailar?" in Argentina is not wrong, but argentinian people prefer the preposition "a" instead of "para" before the verboid.

  • Translation: Speaking spanish is so easy! I learned in 2nd grade, and expert village is way too stupid to do this stuff. Who lives in argentina? I don't!

Yo no!

  • i know this sounds stupid but i have a dad that is fully blooded puertrican witch makes me half and i dont live with my dad and i cant speak spanish i can alittle but not alot so thats why i went to this video!

  • fully blooded puertrican? WTF?

  • i bet i can write spanish better than i can speak it. well i could prodly speak it better. even tho i dont know it fluently.

  • @TheMaryMoss if you're learning spanish don't watch this video =) the first sentence is completely wrong! we'd never say "qué es la obra de esta noche?" I think that what she's trying to say is "¿cuál es la obra de esta noche?" and "¿a dónde podemos ir a bailar?" instead of "¿a dónde podemos ir para bailar'"

    see ya!

  • ur definitely right! anyone who speks Spanish knows that!!

  • this is all wrong

  • i go to a mexican school

  • That sucks. Being bilingual is awesome, makes learning other languages a hell of a lot easier. I am Indian and my family made sure we could speak. Take a class, it's almost impossible not to learn spanish (especially in the US). We are surrounded by it! Lots of free programs online and CD programs at the library.

  • @DANATENS I am guessing you're from Michigan where arrogant , hurtful, and rude is acceptable and among those power abusing arrogant hinderers instead of educators promoting education period!!!

  • Hey everyone here on Youtube! It's my first year of jr. highschool here in Denmark, and I DESPERATELY need some to help me with my Spanish homework.. I have to hand in 3 papers A WEEK! Therefore I would like to have some good Spanish-speaking peoples MSN or Facebook or whatever - so that I can get help real quick.. It's mostly grammer and translation and the level is LOW! I hope someone will help! Write a private message if so..

  • lol how bout you get a translator, like from google?

  • i can add you only if you are a hottie girl,,, in that case i´ll teach you, ahah

  • UGH U DONT KNOW HOW TO SPeack SPANISH REAL LATINAS OR REAL HISPANIC SHOULD TEACH NOT THIS POLISH WATEVER SHE IS

HALA MADRID!!

  • hay asientos must be hay lugares para esta noche? a donde podemos ir PARA bailar-not common. A donde podemos ir a bailar <<common. Also its more common to say -BOLETOS-than entradas.

  • To learn Spanish, you need to do more then just memorize sentences!

It should be "¿CUÁL es la obra DE esta noche?", or, like it's been said, "¿Qué obra HAY esta noche?".

"¿Puedo tener un folleto?" means "May I OWN a brochure". It should be "¿Puedo TOMAR un folleto?" or better yet, "¿ME DA un folleto?".

    The rest is ok.

  • Around 3:45 she reminds me of the midget from Twin Peaks- "WHERE IS MY GARMONBOZIA?"

  • I don't know, but sure she is very cute :)

  • where is she from ?

  • it Should be.. Cual es la obra esta noche,,?

Me podes dar un folleto?? or Me puedes dar un folleto???,,

  • It's PUEDES, not PODES! xD

  • just go to google translate!

  • and one more colloquial "¿qué película dan esta noche?" this is more useful and properly spanish but colloquial. "Hay" is not pronounced as "hi" or "hag" it is more or less like "eye".H is voiceless in spanish except in some dialects from the south.

  • "¿Cuál es la obra de esta noche?" is a good option too, but it deppends on the context, I mean: if you say "what is the film about tonight?" it is "¿de qué trata la obra de esta noche?" but if you say "what is the film tonight?" it is "¿cuál es la película de esta noche?" o "¿qué película hay para esta noche" :)

  • Isn't "hay" pronounced as "hag" instead of just hi?

  • no, she pronounced it correctly :)

  • how do you say "i love you" in spanish??

  • Hey ZineX07 You Say

    English-I Love You

    Spanish-Te Amo

Comment Anything You Need Translated On My Channel.Cheers

  • they are the most unusefull phrases ever

  • how does one say "hot for teacher" en espanol >>

  • Hi I am from mexico and you got to say

la maestra esta caliente, or you can also say:

    esta buena la maestra

  • omg man bad teachers

  • "¿Qué es la obra esta noche?" is not correct at all...

And I would say "¿Puedo coger un folleto?" instead of "¿Puedo tener un folleto?"...

  • you could say "¿Puedo tomar un folleto?" too

  • Maybe in Sudamérica, but not in Spain ¬¬

  • Here we go again: I was only trying to help you, so you can have more options."¿Puedo tener un folleto?" sounds pretty strange in spanish (both in Spain and in AMERICA), and, guessin' you travel to Mexico or Sudamérica, you probably won't use "¿Puedo coger un folleto?", 'cause, again, sounds pretty strange. I don't thinks there's only one CORRECT way for speaking spanish, althought you have to learn basics first ;)

  • "¿Puedo tener un folleto?" is just incorrect. It's a literal translation from English.

Of course "¿Puedo tomar un folleto?" is used in Sudamérica.

In Sudamérica you won't use "¿Puedo coger un folleto?" just because there you use the meaning of "coger" for other purposes ;-P

  • Thanks for what you do in helping others learn my first language. You are doing a good job with your pronunciation.

Guess my 5 year Arts degree was worth it in the end;-)

  • hahahaha wayne ;-), awesome

  • How do you say "this girl reminds me of Meadow Soprano" in Spanish? :)

  • beautiful latino

  • tienes mucha razon. :D

  • Is more correct to say, "obra de teatro" instead only "obra".

If only you say "obra", a spanish means "a work".

  • what´s tonight´s play? you can say QUE OBRA HAY ESTA NOCHE? in stead of HAY you can change it for INTERPRETAN, PASAN or more sofisticated ESTELARIZAN, QUE ES LA OBRA ESTA NOCHE? it is wrong and you will not be understood.

  • so when two LL's are together its prenounced Y ?

  • THIS SUCKS BALLS

  • You suck, as the comment below says.

  • u suck so much, BITCH!! HAHA

  • que es la obra esta noche? what are you talking about???

  • first of all iverson9167

there is no such thing as mecian spainsh or spain spainsh learn how to spell that makes no sense what so ever...and second of all we all speak the same spanish but other cultures just amke their own slang spanish thats all and if u learn how to speak "mecian" or MEXICAN u stupid, then u wouldnt be learning 2 speak proper spanish

  • all right... i got it

    thanks so much :)

  • excuse me..

'cuz i don't know Spainsh so .. could anyone tell me whether she said is right or wrong??

and she was saying Mecian Spainsh or Spain Spainsh ??

One of the main difference between Spain and Latin America is the pronunciation of the letters "C" and "Z" which it will be equivalent to the "TH" pronuciation in English as in the word "with". Believe me I'm cuban. By the way, hows my spelling in English, I've been in U.S. only 5 years and still learning, hope you return the favor.

  • i know more clearly now

    thx so much :)

i think your spelling in English

is good and i believe u can be better and better soon
