Hey John, basically it's the same guitar just not as fancy. The bridge and headstock don't have as much mother of pearl, no neck binding. There's an electric/acoustic model also called the J-150x.

It's a J-150x I don't think they make this model anymore. It's a little less fancy than the J200.

nice sj-200 man... I just turned on of those down in favor of a Martin 000-28ec and I love it. I have jumbos and dreadnoughts out the wazoo, but someday I will have that guitar too! Beautiful instrument
