Brilliant video and of course unusual in that the train had to cross to the down road of the South Wales Main line through Bridgend Station in order to gain access to the Vale of Glamorgan line and on to the trains' destination at Aberthaw Power Station. well done and 5*
Thanks Bob...I viewed it that morning at Barry and got told by the shunter that it was going to depart empty to Pontycymer at around 13.20 that was the Tuesday working then bagged 37796 on the Thursday working as well before heading home...Happy Day's
fantastic thrash!!!.....was the coal plant/hopper filling siding (whatever you call it!!) just off the station or is it a bit further down??
