I've spent a year trying to get my state license for massage therapy. I was denied it due to my disability, although I passed the exam (National Certification) & was a top student in my class. I've written to the EEOC, Civil Rights Org., Florida Comm. on Human Relations, the Attorney General, Gov. of Florida & hundreds more. Although the US passed discrimination Laws, they do not hold states or gov. entities accountable for violating these laws or responsible for enforcing them.
Watch the other Olmstead pieces, they inform you on how to file a lawsuit using the Olmstead decision as a basis for a civil rights lawsuit with either an advocacy office or the Office of Civil Rights.

The Kansas politicians must have been on vacation when that decision was made. Persons with disabilities are doomed in Kansas.
