You can't work out the same part too much, you need to give it a good 3 set X 10 rep then rest and move on to the next one. Hey try high intesity interval training in your workouts. It should burn the fat quicker and raise your volume of oxygen max (VO2max), but dont forget to weight train or do calisthenics (push ups, pull ups, 8 min abs is awesome and is where I started and is found on you tube) as well to help raising the metabolism and help sculpting the body. And dont forget protein prior and post workouts!!!!

Hey dude I lost 60Lbs in about 4 months. And now I stay lean, which for me is great because I was always fat, my whole life. The Vegan thing or just Vegetarian helped me out dude. You will feel lighter once you get all that fatty meat out and maybe even try a detox. It will get all the crap out of you intestines that may be slowing down your metabolism and digestive track. But just have fun with it, and man I can tell you that I am amazed at how often I get noticed. It's worth it!
i was 210 i went down to 160 in 3 month by not eating mcdy's and any kind of fast food, drink lots of water, exercise 4 days of week in gym for 1 hour.
The loosing part is kind of easy the hard part is keeping your weight down, I have been lazy and been back to junk food and went up to 180.

Also atkins can be applied to veganism. It's not just about the meat, it's about making wiser choices about ones carb intake.
Some people go vegan with a wish to loose weight and become "healthier", only to find they keep grubbing on all those breads and pastas and wind up gaining weight instead.
If you wind up being strict vegan be SURE you keep up on how others deal with possible deficiencies. Good stuff to know before hand.
eating healthy is awesome man, it will make you feel and look so much better :P and exercise is even better so good luck i really hope you stick with it, tell us how you feel in a few weeks
If you drink soda, that's a killer. I stopped drinking pop and lost 40 pounds in a month and a half without changing any eating habits. I switched to tea, then just to water. I highly suggest dropping pop, u'll feel better and look alot better. Best of luck to you Sam! Hope it works out for you.

I use to ware size 42 but now I'm size 38 (maybe 37). I lost that when I bought a bicycle and started bike riding. I use it now to get around some places since its cheaper and I use it instead of the bus to go to school. If I take the bus it would take me about and hour to get to school but with my bike I get there in less then 15 minutes. nice

I saw someone do this, so I know it works. Drink 2 glasses of water before every meal. 1 glass after every snack. Only eat 1 big meal a day at about mid afternoon. Try it for a week. Hell, it could hurt. And they ate what ever for that one big meal. Walk, and swim if you can. Or just walk.
Good luck Sam, as a current fatass, I definitely know what it is like to be big and in Japan, tho I was only over there a month (can't wait to get back) and ate crap like you, I lost a good bit of weight just from the daily walk to/from the station (especially near the beginning when I couldn't find the dang apartment and had to use my gps)

Coincidentally enough i just started changing my diet about a week ago, lost a couple of pounds and put it back on eating a cake i made lol. Though this video did remind me of the importance of being in shape.

Also atkins can be applied to veganism. It's not just about the meat, it's about making wiser choices about ones carb intake.
Some people go vegan with a wish to loose weight and become "healthier", only to find they keep grubbing on all those breads and pastas and wind up gaining weight instead.
If you wind up being strict vegan be SURE you keep up on how others deal with possible deficiencies. Good stuff to know before hand.

If you drink soda, that's a killer. I stopped drinking pop and lost 40 pounds in a month and a half without changing any eating habits. I switched to tea, then just to water. I highly suggest dropping pop, u'll feel better and look alot better. Best of luck to you Sam! Hope it works out for you.

Sam, its great that you do this, I which you the best of luck... The thing is that, drop the japanses rice, Its very easy to rise in weight by it and I think that it will help you get to your goal faster... Btw? no meat? what about fish? what like protein intake are you gona take then? like shakes? or mabe just korn and beans? From here on out I eat a salad with some fruit for lunch.
I stopped drinking soda a couple weeks ago. Switched to tea, luckily the got tons of variety of them here :D

I use to ware size 42 but now I'm size 38 (maybe 37). I lost that when I bought a bicycle and started bike riding. I use it now to get around some places since its cheaper and I use it instead of the bus to go to school. If I take the bus it would take me about and hour to get to school but with my bike I get there in less then 15 minutes. nice

If you go back to your previous videos, and compare them to now, you can tell you've lost quite a bit of weight. You're looking good.
Good luck with your new venture. You've got a good group of friends, so it shouldn't be too hard to find support outside of yourself.
If it comes to it, you can always try to eat Cooney and absorb his skinniness.

you should start keeping track of how many Japanese women you are able to get as you loose weight....like see how much more women like you the more you loose weight.

The best thing to do is just having the motivation to start a diet. If you have that you 're gonna get sexy ;) haha.
When I started modeling I had to lose a lot of weight, and start getting muscular. Well, what I did was, watch one piece and get motivation from them lmao :P

I saw someone do this, so I know it works. Drink 2 glasses of water before every meal. 1 glass after every snack. Only eat 1 big meal a day at about mid afternoon. Try it for a week. Hell, it could hurt. And they ate what ever for that one big meal. Walk, and swim if you can. Or just walk.
