thank God for a dancer like irina...it goes to show you that you can be a high quality dancer with out the over extension and stretches...despite how tall she and long she, her extension is typical of dancers of her type like svetland or alina and honestly i feel i enjoy it more because i dont catch the sense of her try to over power..she makes great use of what she has and that's what ballet should REALLY be about in this century

I like Kolesnikova SO much !!! She is my favourite ballerina now!! and i think she is THE BEST Odile!!!

I saw a production of this when she came up to Scotland for one show and it was sold out months beforehand. I was EXTREMELY lucky and got tickets the afternoon before and managed to get a seat 5 rows from the front! She is amazing!

Kolesnikova is returning to London Royal Albert Hall next week and i am lucky to have tickets It is completely sold out and I hear people are buying standing tickets to see her Odette-Odile This ballerina is pure class - do try to get in even if you are standing

she is just ok to me. great legs and yeah she was kind of dramatic and slutty. i imagine paris hilton would dance like her. but i think she is not so refined in how she uses her body and really eats the space and time

I prefer a more dramatic performance. There's so much attention placed on perfect technique sometimes I think people forget about the acting being part of the artistry. I think her demeanor is a good choice for this particular role as Odile is supposed to be Odette's "evil twin".

she is ridiculously amazing! She could give a little more turn out in her Passe leg during her double pique turns to the prince. Only the Russians put on such dramatic versions of the classical ballets anymore. I love it.
