DUDE!!! I made the same mods to my 06 sedan except the plenum spacer. But either way the sedan with coupe midpipe and an aftermarket intake makes the g35 sedan sound better than the coupes in my opinion.

G35 coupe midpipe. Look around your local craigslist or on ebay..or junkyard. I have an HKS muffler on it now..sounds even meaner.

oh and where did you get you coupe midpipe? i having trouble finding one... did the plenum spacer make any sound differences?

@SkylineG35tuner, the coupe midpipe made a big difference in sound. it opened it up to a deeper and coupe tune sound. I haven't dyno tested it yet, but it roars when needed!

how much louder is the coupe's midpipe than the stock midpipe on the sedan? i have an 2004 G35 sedan

how hard is it installing the 1/2 plenum? i was thinking about 5/16 motordyne because most people on g35driver say it doesnt fit properly on our sedans. Do you need to customize anything?

@suckdeepjust1singh It was actually pretty easy. Just requires time to take off all the bolts. Make sure you take off hoses to the throttle body, and torque the bolts evenly. There's a big power difference in the high 5k+ range. I heard about the 5/16" tested best, but I got the 1/2" off a friend. Let me know if you have any more techie questions.

i am thinking doing 1/2'' plenum, but did you feel any different after intalling it. now you should lower it. sick car men

@soweidanali I noticed a big difference. Around 5500 rpm HP gains are big. I beat Dodge Chargers and Mustangs all day...and yea I'm lowering it this week, thanks.
