Do the lights actual attract higher numbers of shoppers? or Do lights encourage shoppers spend more in the stores?
I am very sceptical. I rather incline to the "lights can make people feel good" - people who feel good don't always spend more. During the rains, people felt bad and so spent more in stores to cheer themselves up.....
lets hope the lights will be better this yr.
