I mean they have so many scenes like these but even thousands of Stelena kissing scenes can't even compare to Delena scenes like these just look at their first legitimate kiss at episode 10. It was simple but perfectly earned, a scene that wouldn't be forgotten on the Whole TVD series.

Sure it was a little disappointing for them, Damon and Elena, to not move forward in their relationship (whatever it is now LOL) NOW but...Damon said it himself...it's right, just not right now. I think Damon needs to get her a new necklace. Her old one from Stefan has so many bad memories, a new one would signal a new beginning, without all the hurt from the past ruining it.

I have to say that I knew that Stefan was trying to make Elena hate him from the beginning. He knows it's over, but he loves her enough that he still wants her to be happy - even if it has to be with his brother.

Oh, and about this scene. All I can say is WOW!

Considering the blow she took from Stefan, I'd say Elena needs some time to work out what she's feeling. By accepting who she is now, and knowing when it's time to move forward. Once that's done, Elena will be ready for that "right now" moment with Damon.
