The attention to detail so beyond superb! This movie truly set the bar high - too bad Indian cinema did not continue to ride this wave of artistic creativity - the disastrous cinema of the 80s and 90s is proof of this. There's finally directors, scripts and teams that are reaching to this higher achievement again.

@sumandey2009 its "aaj aisi baharein aayi hain kal jinke banenge afsaane" many people dont catch the lyrics of this song well,"jab raat hai aisi matwaali phir subah ka alam kya hoga" is also often wrongly understood by many.......MASTERPIECE !
