    its just decoration but you can eat it but who is gonna eat something like that ^^

  • the sugar he used was isomalt. its a lot easier to work with and it holds up a lot longer than regular sugar especially in difficult climate

  • I'm pretty sure he's just using regular sugar. the fruit is made with sugar blowing, similar to glass blowing.
