Cullen stole the Sparkler's Serum, which was created by Armstrong's great-great-great-great-great grandfather who passed it down the Armstrong line until it reached Olivier. Then Cullen stole it. Envy was blamed, and was killed by Mustang cuz he was so annoying. After Cullen dies, the Serum will be returned to Briggs and the Armstrongs will comically sparkle as they flex once again.
