  • Can somebody inbox me the best htc hd 2 android Rom or NAND...and tell me how to do it please?

  • Best Phone 4ever

  • Is the chance of the phone being completely messed up high? And does the market place work? Any problems?

  • Looks very good. Consider updating it to this. Been having the first windows OS. on my HTC HD2 for a year. Extremely BORING!!!!

  • guys wat abt the battery time on android gingerbread

  • Talking would help ya know.!

  • @00Mass00 thats what i hate about the hd2/desire.

I thought i will get mor internal memory for such an expensive cell phone!

  • I have a question to all of you guys who also have android on the hd2.. How do you manage to get more internal memory? its SO little, I know you can make a partition of your sd card and it says that you have more memory. But actually don't

This is why I'm starting to hate my phone..

  • @00Mass00 So much memory? Its a lil trick you know.. while installing android via MAGDLR method u need to partition your SD card so phone will use one of these as its OWN INTERNAL ONE, which wont be visible in your PC (only from your phone). Everything is on XDA forums.

  • @SvetAndroida zdravím,chtěl bych se zeptat jestli by na tento telefon s 2.3 ROMkou šel nahrát i GUI Sense,je to možné? Děkuji

  • Yea, its smooth if have no apps. Once you load it up its gonna be a piece of taaaard.

  • Is that another HTC in the reflection??

  • About three months ago I unlocked my HTC HD2 and put NAND on it.. I loved it!! Ran into problems however, not system related but power issues, so replaced it through TMobile.. now the problem I've got is I've got a replacement phone HTC HD2 with Windows 6.5.. this is driving me crazy.. I can't remember exactly what I did to load NAND on it but realize it is way complicated.. looking for some basic starting steps.. such as downgrading my phone to load Radio ROM. etc.. all the preliminary stps

  • @kylwil read the sticky in the xda forum for nand android development for hd2 it will give you step by step instructions so you can get rid of windows mobile and back into the loving arms of android, if you like sense i recommend coredroid hd v1.6 if you prefer stock i would go with nexus-hd2gingerbread v2.8 you can watch netflix with out having to load onto your phone it appears in the market place with that rom.

  • Works everything well ?

  • I love my htc hd2 with android 2.3.4 its like my laptop. I have all my stuff in there :D . Btw fuck iphone :D

  • @rosskarpozzo Would you suggest the HD2 or the G2x?

  • @pet0023 oh yeah. especially when you put android 2.3.4 gingerbread

  • @pet0023 it's worth it if you're buying it New ? is i new or used?

  • who in brooklyn so thay cod help me

  • And where's the download link???

  • My question is, Does i run smoothly? I got my HD2 a few month's back and i heard that they are not going to support in anymore. Next month.

So i want to install a android on my phone, but i want a smooth one..

  • Wow..... whoever the dev is who did this is a genius!! Very cool... and finally one that isn't based off ADW...

  • I need help... I keep getting this message!!!! The file ‘CLRCAD’ cannot be opened.Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate,or on of its compenents cannon be found. If the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file

  • @WESKER96 You need to hard reset your device (Erasing everything on your phone.) First, backup all the important files on your HD2 to your computer. Then, to hard reset the device, turn the device completely off. Hold the volume down button, and briefly press the power button, and continue holding the volume down button. You will reach a screen with a white background and blue text. Follow the instructions, and try launching CLRCAD again.

  • is there anything that cant be installed in this phone??

  • guys, i want to buy hd2 again, I was wondered if the battrylife is good, it was very bad with froyo. Can someone with hd 2 gingerbread tell me if it's ok.

    srry for bad english

  • @Imman73a My HD2 has great battery life with Windows 6.5. I have mine set up to run both Windows and Android 2.3 (from memory card), but the Android wears down the battery FAST.

  • @OMSGuitarist if you install android nand then your battery life is way better. I get 1ma drain on my hd2

  • @refreshfr @lordxentris @Tutovillage

Hi folks! Yes, I appreciate your great deduction, I'm Czech :). Actually I can't remember name of the ROM I had used for this video. It was the first 2.3 ROM available for HD2 at that moment. But I bet you will find many ROMs for your HD2 at XDA forum-> HD2 Android Development section. There already is 2.3.4 version available.

  • It's not surprising that a 2.3 stock rom runs better than a Sense rom. Still, I don't like stock ROMS, but this is nice.

  • dude i need this on my hd2!

  • Hi! Whats ROM do you use? Do you have the link for download?

  • what?

Win Mo can load with Android?

    Fantastic!

  • can't make phone call after loaded with android 2.3.3

  • i cant change my songs using my iphone headphones on my HTC HD@ running on Gingerbread 2.3 ?? is there any troubleshoot for this

  • guys dont put 2.3 on your phone yet, it isnt stable.. if you want 2.2 on your phone check out my videos i show how to install it on your phone

  • @SolidSnake013 I have 2.3.3 and has been using for more than 3 months.. Very stable better 2.2

  • @hk008773able really? because devs told me not to download it yet cause its not stable and many things dont work , by the way whats the rom name

  • why cant u builders narrate

  • @stormseeker34 he is not English I think (The language he use in phone is not English)

  • @Tutovillage lol yeah, i think he might not reply to any questions at this moment

  • @lordxentris lol

  • @Tutovillage You can see on the lockscreen "T-Mobile CZ" so he is Czech, i guess.

  • does every thing work on it?

  • can you give me the link to this build please

  • who can tell me if this fullly works no problem im sick of gettin it on my phone then my phone fucks up , HELP !

  • @J4M3S7809 it totally works, pm me if u need instuctions on how to install it

  • @J4M3S7809 ... The best thing to do is look for videos that tell us what works on these builds and what does not.

Also, you can go to XDA and look in the Android on HD2 (U.S. version) that works. The good posters will tell you, on a list, what works, what kind of works, and what features have problems or not installed.

You have to be willing to put a few hours into searching an Android OS. I'm running 2.2 on my HD2 and everything works including GPS, WiFi, and Adobe Flash 10.1

  • @HeartInSanFrancisco / can yu give me the link nd instructions from wat yu did to get yours

  • can anyone tell me whats the neocore benchmark on HD 2 Gingerbread ?

  • @n4naveen 1200+

  • so what's the cons about this ROM?

  • can it be upgraded to hd recording?

  • everything works on my phone...if its not a real android ..i couldnt tell....no flaws to date..i got an andrioddddd..yayyyy mee!!!!!!

  • what about battery life??? someone who has test that issue

  • @adidasmika82 same was wm mobile 6.5 if you ask me :P

  • 3G??

  • its very smooth for a early port!

  • what doesn't work with this rom? Does the offical android market work?

  • He's using MDJ's Gingerbread rom. GPS and Camcorder dont work. :-(

  • @LarryV49 the version 1.8 does work :)

  • @blekdregen anyway you can get windowsmobile after overwriting?

  • @Rojaslolol sure.. just enter bootloader (turn off phone. click on power putton 1 times while your holding down the volume down key) and flash wm 6.5

  • HOW!? where can i download it? :)

    thanks

  • @rat1a1tat1tat

    install hspl 2.08

install radio wich is higher that .08.

    install maglard

install the andoird NAND rom you want

    enjoy your new phone :)

  • @blekdregen go to xda developers, go to the htc hd2 android nand forum

  • @blekdregen thanks for the reply :)

is it much better to run it as a rom than just running the haret.exe(or whatever it is) file in windows mobile?

  • @rat1a1tat1tat running it on NAND (rom) will overwrite the existing windowsmobile rom.. which makes your hd2 to boot running android everytime.. + its faster.. i would recommend you to flash a rom (NAND)

if you have any futher questions, feel free to ask :)

  • @ThisLadChanny well, i surfed on the internett, used wifi alot, listened to music, downloaded / used apps etc.. it lasted in like 13 hours.. not bad.. so if you use it for normal daily use .. i think it can last in 3 -4 days ? :O
