@dtiberia7 - This is an instructional video to help people improve their life. Many people find this type of exercise and video important and instructional because it points out the basics of Tai Chi for beginners, while performing Tai Chi. Try it, you may like it and benefit from it. Your comment does not address what really sucks. Your input is important to me but by saying it sucks does not explain what you believe sucks. Thank you - M Thomas
I have been taking a Tai Chi class at Mount Hood Communiy College. I have had some difficulty learning the movements because I have attention defecit and am sightly dislexic. Watching your video has helped me to coordinate the movements. My final is today and I just wanted to thank you for the help. I was also in an auto accident two years ago and I am taking Tai Chi to help regain my core strength and flexability.
@Barb3733 - I am very glad you started and enjoy your Tai Chi lessons. I hope you continue to improve both physically and mentally. Thank you for your comment - M Thomas
@SuperKontolbesar - Actually, the movements are very well done. Perhaps you should post YOUR video series, I think we'd all like to see your version of "terrific".
@RocknRollkat - Thank you for your compliment and your input. It is gratifying too hear from anyone who gains something, benefits or believes in this type of exercise. All 11 parts of this series are on YouTube and are available on DVD. Thank you very much - M Thomas
@RocknRollkat - The complete 11 part series is Posted on YouTube. Look at the side thumbnails or look above video. You will find a link showing the number of videos posted under my site. Thank you - M Thomas
Hi MThomasEsql, thank you for putting these videos on youtube. I wake up every morning in pain. And needed to find a form of exercise that would not cause me more pain but that would help me improve my health. Thank you, I enjoy very much this form of excerise. I can't wait to learn more about Tai Chi.
@sirenamagi - I am someone who understands pain because I am a victim of several auto accidents two of which included totaled cars which caused neck injuries and back injuries and several accidents at work. This form and other exercises have helped develop muscles that are part of my regiment for relief of pain. I caution people that it does take time before you can really practice the full compliment of this exercise. Thank you for your compliment - M Thomas
Hi SuperKontolbesar, I have been practising Taichi since age 5. The movements are smooth & correct for MThomas - it suits his age & his posture.
When I was younger, I was encouraged by the master to squat lower, now as I age it suits me to stand higher, There is no right or wrong, so long as the movements are NATURAL & the breathing is NATURAL & not laboured.
Stop criticizing & practice your Taichi. --Ean Aw (26/12/10)
@Awean - I like it. You brought up a valuable and valid point about being right or wrong and the being natural. It is easy to criticize when you miss the point about the overall benefits of this Tai Chi video while working at your own pace and with-in your own physical limits. Exercise limitations are stressed prior to each individual segment. Everyone should remember that this is a beginners video and an introduction to Tai Chi. Thank you very much - M Thomas
@13241231324 - The music that is being played during this segment was created by me using parts of music from the video program I have. Thank you for viewing my video. M Thomas
@rabbalaba - Most exercises have proven to be beneficial to the participants health. Tai Chi was structured to target areas in your body that help benefit you mind and body and help them work together for your health. Thank you for viewing my video. M Thomas
