Not everyone is cut out to be a police officer. It seems several of the responding officers need to find another line of work. I don't find as much wrong with the first officer especially when he gave the guy several commands to stay in the car and this guy still forced his way out. Remember this. When you get pulled over, STAY IN THE FUCKING CAR unless they tell you to get out. When an officer is performing a traffic stop (and I am NOT a cop, mind you) and they see you step out of the car, it tends to scare them and they assume the worst. Well the man did start resisting. The police officer told him to stay in the car and kind of gave him a push to sit down. The man raised his hand pushing back at the police officer. Thats when he police officer had the right to use force to take him down. Police are just humans like all of us and are scared of some one killing them. He didnt know if he had a weapon with him or not he needed to be safe. Now i will agree that the other officers used a little extra force to take the man down.

Remember this. When you get pulled over, STAY IN THE FUCKING CAR unless they tell you to get out. When an officer is performing a traffic stop (and I am NOT a cop, mind you) and they see you step out of the car, it tends to scare them and they assume the worst. This guy got belligerent and tried repeatedly to get out of the car while the officer was repeatedly telling him to STAY IN THE CAR. Then he resisted when the officer tried to cuff him. Sorry, but he dun goof'd.

Natural instinct is to panic when under attack so he throws his arms out trying to balance his body while the officer continued to attack. Resisting arrest is just an over used excuse for cops taking matters into their own hands, and abusing the public calling it resisting arrest. All charges were drop so they agreed with the victim in this case.

see the first cop was in the right, and calling for back up was needed... but the first thing he back up did was either punch or kick the guy... at no time did i see some one try to put handcuffs on him. Well the man did start resisting. The police officer told him to stay in the car and kind of gave him a push to sit down. The man raised his hand pushing back at the police officer. Thats when he police officer had the right to use force to take him down. Police are just humans like all of us and are scared of some one killing them. He didnt know if he had a weapon with him or not he needed to be safe. Now i will agree that the other officers used a little extra force to take the man down.
