I can see why he might think that but it doesn't do it for me emotionally- like the album itself it remains cold although the voice breaking through at 5.23 is a nice touch. Lyrics across songs certainly aren't supposed to be consistent about anything. In Radiohead's case, lyrics are impressionistic renderings of feelings and ideas (much like their music). They invite you into a world that you experience through sound. You can be moved or not moved; you can learn something or not learn something. There's no Da Vinci code.

This doens't make me sad it only sometimes reminds me of when i should feel sad, but folks come on you all know depression is obsesive and the more you make comments like that the worse it gets as yo get deeper and deeper. Why not try working out or getting a girlfriend/boyfriend what ever you like, just try to avoid thoughts that will get you wound up unless your talking with a close friend (you know like a heart to heart thing) because boteling up emotions make you feel terrible. don't be sad!

look people, im at the suicidal range of dpression, and even i will tell you it gets better, but seriously sometimes it takes help dealing with some of the emotions. ive been battling this for a long time, so i go to therapy weekly, and my self mutilation has dwindled to nothing, and my drug use slowing down. what can actually giving therapyy a shot hurt except for maybe your wallet
