  • what will this do?

  • I have just made my first HHO test cell. modeled from one of your videos. using SS strapping inside the cell, bolted together W/ 3 SS wall plates + n - Production of the 3 plates is LOW I plan on upgrading the cell to 5 plates - n + n - I'm also going to build one of your PWM v2.1 but I can't find much on the wiring inside the box like how the 8 pin FET (U3) gets wired into the board or where. Any info or ideas would be helpful I'm very new to all this but learning very fast

  • GEEEEEEEKKKKK!

  • This from a 34 year old whose channel home page opens with a video of Miley Cyrus. Right.

  • LOL, if zff is a geek, then "Geek" should have a positive meaning. Those people who make fun of those who are helping in the development of better cleaner fuels in a realistic non touchy feeling bs way, well lets just say I wouldn't go around boasting about making fun of that...

  • zero, where did you get the information on how to build this circut

  • The basic building blocks, triangle wave generator and comparator, are textbook examples found just about anywhere. The circuit was modeled loosely around one I found at cpemma*co*uk. That site seems to have vanished though. The current sensing error amplifier is my own contribution.

  • Hi, so what's the latest average and maximum output of your cells in LPM?

I know you'll want to give mmw but please also include lpm.

    Thanks

  • z.f.f that has to be the secret, to find the right freq. from the p.w.m along with being able to vary the D/C voltage say 15volts-10,000+ volts with say maybe 10+ amps, also minimizing loss of energy due to heat loss,we might be able to over come this ploblem as i wrote in a another video text, that we must use cathode and anodes that are great conducters, like copper that could be plated with say gold!I know gold is so expensive but alittle goes along way in plating. Can you think of another -ox?

  • Damn. You should start working on your Steorn Magnetic motor again. I bet you really could have got it going with the Cam track going in a sine pattern. Don't give up.

  • Hello Z I etched the dbl sided pcb... hit it right on the first time. Will be drilling 956 holes in 9 DPWM's this week and assembling 2, one for me and one for you... Haven't seen any videos from you lately and was wondering if you were all right? Please verify that the P.O. you gave me is a good one so I know that you are the one that recieves it. Until I verify it's you, I will not send it... Gar

P.S. Mounted C5 on DPWM pcb.

  • Hi Zero, I appreciate and enjoy your work. Many are attempting to sell components or systems to install on cars but, thus far, I have yet to see a real, repeatable, scientific test of a system that proves the technology works. As you know, repeatability is the real proof. Lacking that, it seems everyone is putting the cart ahead of the horse. Would appreciate hearing your comments.

  • I agree. But the vast diversity of vehicles makes a once size fits all retrofit solution virtually impossible. What we're really aiming for is an engine that's specifically designed for HHO. Coming...

  • I am working on building HHO UNIT for my 84 Ford F-350 Diesel. I am a member of the California Tow Truck Association. We are all very concerned with the new Emissions Requirements for Diesel Truck Engines one ton and above.

Every Diesel truck on the road in California one ton and above used for Commercial For Hire Status will have to either have to install some kind of Retrofit kit costing thousands of dollars or repIace their truck or motor.

  • @joeshittheragman42 too bad you could not replace your engine with a MYT engine plz look on youtube for the Myt engine then write to all you know and your congress person each week letting them know that we need this sort of technology in all vehicle

  • I would advise adding silicon and sodium to the water it will make a faster water break down

  • Hello, Zero. I have wrote to you at gmail about PMW 3. You didn't answer me so I'm curious why. You haven't read mail, I'm not the first with specific idea or it's just bad one.

  • I wonder why when strating from strach, that a light bulb could be used to control current as it has a postive resistance response to tempature rise.? Also, why is MgSO4 not used as an elcrolite in HHO cells?

  • An incandescent filament bulb does make a good poor man's current limiter but it's wasteful of energy.

Good electrolytes are either very acidic or very basic.

  • Thank you, I want to make a HHO tourch using a 20 amp power supply from my HF radio, so I didn't want to make a transitor current limiter untill I was sure it would work.

    Again thank you. Bill

  • my company name, well that is offensive. Well I think enough said, all can be checked if you like, and as I have said I am here to help but not to put fortunes in the pockets of others, this is the problem for all those who are honest.

Merry christmas to all and I hope solutions can be found in 2009.

    Mike

  • All I am trying to say is to take some advice from others as to how the chain of events has been seen to come about, I am here to help, not to hinder. The typ of thing that is offensive to me is others using and making claims on something that is mine and I give you an example of a patent that I hold on heat exchange and is being used by an American company and using my excompany name, Centraflow, and claiming it is all their idea, etc. well they can use it because the patent is European but my

  • Sorry Zero for putting this on your site, but if anybody has an idea on how to proceed, put it on my site so as not to block this site. I wish you Zero and all out there a merry christmas and a solution to everything in 2009. I am not a religious person, I believe in one person helping another within their meens, the family is always first and times are hard, but knowlege does not cost anything as long as it is not used against you, post what you want, but if it is offencive it will be removed.

  • I don't take any offense to your comments. All opinions welcome as long as they're respectful.

Your plasma tube design is intriguing and your design skills extraordinary. However, if you want to be taken seriously, you can't make boasts about having already created a system that runs an engine on nothing but water without offering proof of same. Where's the video? Even the Plasma Tube Burner?

  • And if you do go to the trouble of setting up yet another forum, what makes you think it will be any different than the ones out there now or attract a different crowd?

At my site I offer plans to build what I have achieved thus far. I *WISH* I had more time for pure research but do not. When I make further progress it will be published.

I look forward to seeing the results of your experiments and have subscribed to your channel.

    Merry Christmas!

    Z

  • Thank you for your reply, I hope to finish some of my projects early in the new year. Like you I to have other commitments, work, family etc. and my time is limited also. I am not boasting the I have made a type of engine work, only stating a fact and after many years and very difficult times I now am picking up the thread again. The first claims of an engine running on water were back in the 1930's and I believe them to be true but working not how they claimed,

  • I think they were ignorant as to how it worked. The engine that I built, not on my own,was based on a jet turbo, not a piston engine, but it did show the cmbination or chain of events that took place to make these things work. Now I have to show again the events to this break down of the water mol. The laws of science do hold up, there is no over unity, you are in fact using a fuel, that fuel is water in its mol form of h2o but to extract the energy has to be done at the point of use, not before

  • I know this is not the place to speak about all of this but there is so much talent out there and I am frustrated that it is not used in a constructive way. I know that many people do not believe me that I have produced an engine running on water, I AM NOT THE FIRST AND NOT THE LAST: I would like to set up a forum to pool people who have experience in different fields aligned in water energy, how, I do not know, I am open to sugestions and I will accept any constructive ideas.

  • Hi Zero, now and then I look at you site and what I see at the moment is totally inconstructive. Leave the oil companies and the car giants and concentrate on a combined effort to come to a solution to the problem. What is the problem? well everyone and I meen everyone wants to make money, this is how the world goes around, but I say all put their heads together and buck the system. I am a member of two forums and I am not sure that I have confidence in either.

  • That was subsidized in my comment prior, not subsized.

    3. Hydrogen cars. Sure GM could build them now and won't. Why? As you can see, they are far from a maintainece free system. Until they can be simplified and dumbed down for the idiots of current day society, they won't build them. Show me a system that will last 200K without touching it.

I was actually finding your posts informative and unbiased until I got to the Volt vid.

  • Given you diabled comments on the volt video just a few comments here...

    1. Do some research on actual tests done by independent sources on the Tesla EV. It doesn't get 250 miles/charge

    2. To all of those that think GM killed EV1 to stifle EV activities, think again. No one could afford the cars at the time, had they tried to purchase them. Actual cost was well above 100K per car to build them. The avg joes in CA that kicked and screamed and wanted to buy them... were paying subsized leases.

  • Okay, hot shot. Then explain why GM refused to allow any of those who did have the means to do so to buy out the leases at the end of the term?

No. Instead they forced all lease holders to give up their cars at the end off the lease term and send them all to the scrap yard. Why?

    Were they unsafe? No.

Were they impractical? precisely the opposite.

Would the lease holders have paid to continue the leases? Pretty much unanimously yes.

No. In the end, big oil won again.

    Never again.

  • Zero don't blame big oil, blame GM. Over the life of a car, the GM would have made three times the sticker price selling replacement parts and service. The EV1 was such a good design, that only the brake pads and tires were replaced and serviced. Without a combustion engin to tear the car apart, there is very little wear and tear. That is why the Chevy Volt has an engin, because the engin has to be serviced. Thank-you and keep up the good work.

  • hey z, I've been following hho since it changed my world on dec 23 07, i've got 1/3 ltr/min and 380 degrees sustained. My q' is why is everyone working w/d.c.. Stan Meyer did it w/ any water form, no catalyst and .5 amps. Why no 22,000 htz a/c? That is the key to production and no cat is how it goes widespread and saves our world.

  • Hi zerro Nice work.Your a good info man .

Testing fore a year difrent pwm,s.

Locking fore antifreece to ad the electrolyte.

Im on the hho in Sweden.Thank you and have a great Cristmas G

  • Your negative wire leading to and from the cell still needs to be huge though.

  • You're right the # is AN-1313 by BUD

  • Are you connecting the push in terminals to the other connections/components with CAT5? I seem to have a gap in the instructions between the first couple builds and this build. Do you plan to update your web site with more recent build photos and instructions? Thx- Mike

  • Z,

Really appreciate all your videos and web info.

I am no power supply expert but do get to attend some design reviews. I believe the ringing problem is coming from the gate. I have increased R9 to 290 ohms and add a cap to ground. I need to increase this but slowing the rise time and filtering improves. The gate lead is also contributing. Bringing the FET on the circuit board and using a gate driver should eliminate the ringing.

  • I have tried all of those things. Higher r9 and or cap to ground lowers the slew rate raising the time the MOSFET operates in a linear region rather than saturated, lowering efficiency, raising heat dissipation.

The better approach is to add a high current gate driver that gate capacitance (~4nF) can't slow down.

  • Looks very interesting.(just a thought)the Drain pin is connected to the Mosfet case, which means your enclosure is permantly connected to the load,so if the enclosure came into contact with the vehicle ground there would be some serious damage. The "HEAT SINK" should allways be insulated from possible contact with GROUND;(I suppose you could allways put the enclosure in a plastic box.) Regards Terry

  • I ment C5

  • Hello Z I am using the BUD BU-456509 box very good box 2.8 X 4.5 internally, found that nice 4.7 cap. Have you had any time to check out the screens ? I've etched 11 single sided PWM's,am now building, wow shur are a lot of holes... Soon as I finish I will be starting the etching of the dbl sided pcb for the digital PWM's, hope to be testing the DPWM before Xmas, and get one mailed out to you. Talk at ya soon Gar

  • I think I remember counting 73 holes to drill in each board. PM me and I'll give you my P.O. Box #.

    Z

  • I beleive you have already sent P.O. box # before,,? The Bud Box is just tall enough to incorporate C7 just behind the voltage regulator on pcb very nicely, also there are no little tabs on side walls of box. Have a good day Gar

  • I can't find a BUD box with that catalog number. All of the die cast aluminum boxes are the AN series.

  • Sorry, youare right , the # is AN-1313 by BUD

  • z

are you going to the hho games in feb??

jim with the red pick up truck from the hho games

  • Unless something changes drastically with my present financial status where I can kiss the day job goodbye, no.

  • Z, What happened to the stack of 4 ESR Caps?

  • Gone. Replaced by this one very specialized cap. DO NOT SUBSTITUTE!

  • yep, HHO in a tank? BIG NO NO. Don't worry Zero you know what to do. Keep at it doing well.

  • huge no no!

  • Most people drive less than 40 miles a day, so if you could hold enough HHO in the tank to achieve that goal you could really put a dent in fossil fuel use.

  • Please read my F. A. Q..

  • Zero,

I have watched most of your videos and find them very interesting. However it appears that the best you are able to achieve is maybe a 15% increase in gas mileage. Since electricity is about 10 times cheaper than gas, maybe you should try a different approach. Use your cell and a small compressor to fill a tank with compressed HHO. Maybe you could start out with a scuba tank. With this approach you might get a 100% increase in mileage.

  • your H & 0 are not seperated if ull presherise them together i have a great resepy for a BOMB .... an HHO-BOMB hahaha ... #:(

  • I like this layout. Very good.
