Windows plus M and then hit J is the easiest way. There is also an option in the Jaws startup wizard where you can have Jaws start automatically when you turn on your computer.
Better yet…just go buy a Mac. Command F5 to turn voice over on. Mac screen reader is so much better than JAWS once you get a hang of it. I have used both and Mac is way better

Or, instread of all those keystrokes, you can simply minimize your desktop (Windowskey + m), and type J until JAWS is selected, and hit Enter.
