@nicknsharonfan Bailey got separated or something earlier on in the season. The Chief was having Seattle Grace report all of their sexual encounters to HR following a class suit on Sloan by the nursing staff (yes, like the whole staff). The Chief didn't make Bailey fill it out, but mandated every other staff member, married or otherwise, to fill it out.
