It was a let down when they took out the part were Sauske takes out his sword, nothing happened there, not even in the english subbed (or so I can remember). Oh and the part were Sai tries to kiss Naruto on the one ark.

And it was lame. giant disney XD logo in the middle of the screen popping up banner adds every 2minutes, Asumas death was not moving at all, they cut out him smoking? wtf? kids can walk out their house and see lots of people smoking its not a big deal. When I watch asumas death uncut its sad and moving when i watched it on XD it was just blanned dont want to have some fucking Ben 10 add popping up during that shit.

@stankmaw The voices aren't that bad. Hidan's voice is good, Jiraiya's voice is good, Kakashi's voice is good, ect. It's really just Naruto's voice that's still needs some work, but I grew up watching the dub so I'm used to his voice. I do like the Japanese version better, but I don't think the dub deserves all the hate it gets. At least Naruto wasn't dubbed by nelvana or 4Kids. Things could be a lot worse.

Honestly I really like the english dub versions. And I watch them online as they come every weak, and not on Disney. And online blood and stuff like that are still there, they are not taken away...

Naruto Shippuden is staying strong on Disney XD with high ratings and a new episode airing EVERY Wednesday, with 74 episodes aired as of 4/1/11, Shippuden is going good, looking forward to episode 75 on April 6th by the way.

lol, Naruto Shippuden is like One Piece? Atleast people are allowed to die, like when Gaara was on the brink. As for blood, I was surprised when they allowed a little bit on his lip. The only weird thing is they rate it PG, it's atleast as edited as the Nicktoons version of Dragonball Kai which is Y7. Given the Uncut DVDs of Kai are PG, they could get away with alot more with its current rating. I'm okay with the way it's edited, it just seems like the PG rating is unnecessary.

People can either a. watch the subtitled version of the show on the internet on Hulu or whatever, b. deal with the censorship and the english voices, or c. buy the uncut DVDs that have both choices a and b but without edits and stuff. Fairly simple.

I believe that the main reasons that Disney XD had to clean it up a bit is because American censorship is different than Japans. If Japan wanted 2 license Naruto Shippuden to America, they would have to allow them 2 edit the original footage 2 something more suitable 4 American TV. You have to keep in mind that this is a KIDS network they are airing on. I personally love the show.

@stankmaw The voices aren't that bad. Hidan's voice is good, Jiraiya's voice is good, Kakashi's voice is good, ect. It's really just Naruto's voice that's still needs some work, but I grew up watching the dub so I'm used to his voice. I do like the Japanese version better, but I don't think the dub deserves all the hate it gets. At least Naruto wasn't dubbed by nelvana or 4Kids. Things could be a lot worse.

Honestly I really like the english dub versions. And I watch them online as they come every weak, and not on Disney. And online blood and stuff like that are still there, they are not taken away...
But yeah, Disney xD doesn't deserve one of the best Anime ever made...

Cartoon Network did not edit it this much. They kept Sexy Jutsu, for one. So don't even try and compare it to CN. And I'll complain about whatever I want, seeing as you spent this entire video bitching. I don't want to spend two dollars per Naruto episode, or five dollars per episode for the DVDs.

For me I dont like in on that channel because im just to use for naruto period in cartoon network. If i had to pic CN or disney xd ill pic Cartoon network. plus you don't even have to buy it you could just watch it online, there's plenty of dubbed and subbed episodes that you don't have to buy, you can get it the way you want, whether it be subbed, dubbed or original with no subs or dubs, though you'd have to understand Japanese. i'll give you some good sites to go to if you want to watch subbed or dubbed, just send me a message :)

And by the way, its viz doing the edits, not disney. they only have airing rights, and the reason why viz does these edits is cause they dont want too many complaints like they had when naruto was on CN. i hate it too, but its either naruto being edited on DXD or nothing.

lol, Naruto Shippuden is like One Piece? Atleast people are allowed to die, like when Gaara was on the brink. As for blood, I was surprised when they allowed a little bit on his lip. The only weird thing is they rate it PG, it's atleast as edited as the Nicktoons version of Dragonball Kai which is Y7. Given the Uncut DVDs of Kai are PG, they could get away with alot more with its current rating. I'm okay with the way it's edited, it just seems like the PG rating is unnecessary.

People can either a. watch the subtitled version of the show on the internet on Hulu or whatever, b. deal with the censorship and the english voices, or c. buy the uncut DVDs that have both choices a and b but without edits and stuff. Fairly simple.

THANK YOU. If the dub really bothers you, there are FREE episodes all over the internet in sub that are uneditied.
I believe that the main reasons that Disney XD had to clean it up a bit is because American censorship is different than Japans. If Japan wanted 2 license Naruto Shippuden to America, they would have to allow them 2 edit the original footage 2 something more suitable 4 American TV. You have to keep in mind that this is a KIDS network they are airing on. I personally love the show.
