The reason mobile homes are substandard is the use of plastic cpvc pumbing non standard wall thickness. Ventalation systems are thin cheap quality sheetmetal. doors are not standard thickness, or standard door /or framed as standard homes. Too improve quality use standard galvinized pipe/ copper tubing, standard sinks and toilets. with real faucets not plastic. On the roof use felt paper under the shingles, not paper, peel the strip off the back of the shingles. On carpet use tack strips.
