  • you can't combine numbers with sunscreen, but you can with sunblock. also, sunblocks cause a physical block which works instantly while a sunscreen (like you mentioned) does take about 15-20 minutes to cause that chemical reaction which will allow it to convert the harmful rays to something that is harmless to our skin.

  • I READ read the ingredients for some natural sunblocks like bagder I like it but I read it contains olive oil does that burn your skin I'm trying to prevent tanning I'm ghostly pale with platnium locks so when I tan I'm reddish :(

  • oh btw i got the link for uv index !!!

  • arent u on facebook ????

  • the link u gave for uv index is not working for new delhi , India ...and also it is impossible to find spf 85 or above here in India...if u do find please give link so i can order online ...!!!!!

  • Thanks a lot for this video!!! it is been very very helpful . I have to avoid sun because I have sunspots so I have tried several SPF. your information about it is great. thanks again.you are great, and you know, I really like the way you pronounce English. I am from Europe, and though I understand and speak English sometimes it is difficult for me , but your english is fantastic, very clear and your pronunciation is great, I mean, I do understand almost everything. thanksss!!! :-)

  • Thank you so much for making all these great videos! Recently, people have told me that sunscreens contain carcinogens. Do you know anything about this?

  • what to avoid: oxybenzone, retinyl palmitate, and any vitamin A additives. these have been known to speed up aging.

what to look for: zinc oxide, octisalate, and titanium dioxide in high % amounts.

shisheido makes an amazing suncare line. their PA+++ factor is among the best.

  • Hi Michael. I totally agree with your about the aging effects of the sun and the necessity to use sunscreen ALWAYS on your face, hands and decolletage. However have you read the correlation between lack of exposure to the sun (i.e. Vitamin D deficiency) and cancer......so I think it has to be a careful balance between exposure and protection! x Subbed you....please check out my channel. I do a video on this subject

  • I love it, thanks so much, if you have new info on the matter please do share it with us :P

  • @4abetterplanet Of course! thank you for this awesome comment :) You are very kind! Thanks for watching! -Michael

  • this is such an incredibly useful video!!! i've always suspected that layering SPF on top of another will NOT give me higher SPF... i was forever wondering why people weren't questioning the suspectables... so to speak. haha. a question: is the number of SPF an indicator of how long it will stay on your skin?

  • but doesnt sfp cream only last for few hours? so if you are a makeup wearer how do you reapply sunblock every 2 hours???

  • This video helped me to understand about the things I didn't know about SPF.

  • @1b3j6h Perfect!! Thanks so much for watching!

  • do i need sunscreen in winter or can i just use aveeno daily moisturizing lotion for dry skin

  • Great tips, thanks for posting!

  • you guys wear sunblock, sunscreen allows the sun to tan it while sunblock prevents it, trust me look up the differences. suncreen is like a screen that allows the suns rays threw but keeps the bad aging stuff away, saw it in a website. sunblock does leave a white make up look but better than tanning

  • You look like a younger.. more groomed zac efron.. in a GOOD way <3

  • my derm told me spf 30 is the most i will need..the higher spf's only protect you probably 3% more, as long as it UVA/UVB you're good

  • @eritreasunshine Yes. that is what has been said for years. But, recent scholarly trials indicate otherwise. :D Thanks so much for watching :D

  • I love your videos, but maybe a little less chit chat at the beginning and just get to the point? It took like 5 min to get to the good info. I would suggest shorter intros, IMHO...but I love your vids and will continue to faithfully watch. Thanks!

  • Great video!!!!! I have actually already researched a lot, and still, like you said, there are no final conclusions, and that sucks so much. A few months ago there was a HUGE debate here in Brasil, after the Brazilian Consumer Defense Association did a research about it and the magazines published. From 33 sunscreens, only 2 were approved!!! Can u imagine? People went nuts about it! Anyway, unfortunally my sunscreen has ALL THE BAD stuff u can imagine. I sent an email to the company!!!

  • Hey..I know this is not about sunscreen but can u recommend a anti-wrinkle cream for oily/acne prone skin?? i'm in my mid 20's and btw i'm going to be trying mychelle sunscreen so lets see how that goes.....

  • just put on sunscreen you were gonna age anyways

  • @bratankowa Yes I want to ask the same question

  • If you do happen to find a broad spectrum sunscreen that doesn't leave a white cast and it's not heavy, please do inform us about it! :)

  • @DerrickMayFan I am loving Anthelios 60 by La Roche Posay. That is probably the strongest one that has a great finish. :D

  • May I ask what are your thought on Murad's Pomphenol Supplements? They are supposedly internal sunscreen supplements.

  • Michael, wanted to ask you, how do I or can I reapply SPF when I have makeup on?? Reapplying SPF ruin the foundation and all!! Do you have any suggestions??

  • Whew! I'm glad I've been using an SPF 100 with helioplex and UVA/UVB protection. I'm pretty pale (like mac NC 15!) and have freckles so I'm really freaked out about sunbums bc of my high succeptibility (sp?) for skin cancer and pre mature aging. I sent this video to my family members who go to tanning beds and stuff. Thanks! :) super helpful once again!

  • @fashionforward14 Thank you so much for forwarding this to your family. I bet they will appreciate it (tho tanners HATE to hear about SPF...hehe). How do you like the SPF100...it's neutrogena right...I think I have seen it at the grocery store. :D Thanks for watching :D

  • @TheSublimeAgent I like it, it works really well. As long as I remember to reapply, I'm sunburn free. :)

  • Sunscreen makes me Extremely oily (i have oil free sunscreen bought from derm) , after i apply sunscreen my face is not oily but by the end of the day (i am in high school) my face is covered up with oil, i can literally wipe off 1 teaspoon oil off my face, is there anything you can do?

how can yo avoid shiny face for at least 6 hours?

  • you can also boost your sun protection by wearing an anti-oxidant product such as vitamin C serum during the day underneath your sunscreen, i'm still on the search for the 'perfect' anti-oxidant serum though. Do you have any recommendations? I tried Skinceuticals Phloretin, but didnt like it too much, and the product itself oxidizes too quickly.

  • I think Nuetragina has an SPF 100+ for your face I believe.

  • i'm still really confused on the whole topic. =(

    SUNSCREEN CONFUSES ME MICHAEL!

Will I get cancer from neutrogena sheer dry touch whatever sunblock?

  • I do like the fact that you did research before filming the video. That's very responsible for your viewers. By the way, for fact no.2, the shape of the curve is called concave :-)

  • Michael, you are probably the only beauty guru on You tube who cites peer reviewed journal articles!! As a science major I find this incredibly exciting! Thanks for putting so much care and research into your vids!

  • @sf2fs Thank you for that great comment and thanks for pursuing a career in the scientific fields!! :D I want to offer something different1 ;d

  • @sf2fs Check out my parabens video...it is very similar to this one in terms of the research :D

  • michael, have u heard of Sisley's All day All year? it is supposed to protect your skin up to 8 hours and apparently studies have shown that when applied to a peeled apple, it did not rot to that brown shrinkly appearance. I've been contemplating whether to buy it or not but it comes with a hefty price tag.

  • I could totally listen to you talk about stuff even WITHOUT any video. I feel like I need to see you if you are filming ;) but IF the screen was black, then I could like potter around more. Anyways, thank you so much for these great videos! Greetings from Finland :D

  • what i worry about is how toxic sunscreen is for the body. your skin is your largest organ and anything you put on it is absorbed into the blood stream. im on the hunt for the safest more non-toxic sunscreen out there. they say never put anything on your skin you wouldn't fear eating.

  • very educational videos. i am soooo addict it to your videos. thank you sooooooooooo much:=)

  • Dude if you really care about protecting yourself then you must watch this interview, otherwise Sunscreen away like all the other illinformed sheeple.

    watch?v=HH1rB-Ya2UQ

  • Cool video :) - thanks for the great info. So a higher SPF will offer better protection against sun damage...but could you also argue that a higher SPF will be harder on your skin as well? I kind of have sensitive skin and my sister has super sensitive skin - when she uses anything over SPF 50 on her face, she gets a really bad rash/reaction. She's tried a lot of different kinds too...could it be a protection/reaction payoff? Or is that a weak argument? Thanks!!!

  • living in florida, having turned the big 40 a couple of years ago, and having a family history of cancer, i really appreciate this video. you are so informative and i am thankful for all the work you put into these vidoes. also i agree that it is so important where one gets their information and the web is not always a good source. thanks again!! :)

  • I'm glad you tell the real deal how the main stream doesn't really have the whole picture.

There are a lot of toxins in most sunscreens so it's a good idea to get them from health food stores. I mean you are smearing the stuff direct on your skin.

Try to avoid petro derivatives as well, which don't always have the word petro in them. Health food store people can tell you.

  • @kekikamiller,

I mean people are dying over petro and they can use plant oils instead.

If you really don't even want to have to worry about sunscreen (even the health food store ones make me break out) try the PATHS module for healthy tan.

I go on it in the summer usually. You can pretty much tell in my vids when I am on it or not.

  • @kekikamiller

It is a mind power program with binaural beats and it seriously works for sun screen. I would have been burned many times so far but tanned instead 'cause I was on it.

You can find the product on my page then you have to do the drop down under products for full PATHS list and control f to find "healthy tan" (Yeah I gotta talk to them about getting a search option again. They keep changing the site.)

  • @kekikamiller

Oh and I should mention that what it does is cause your skin to darken more quickly than it otherwise would for people who need sunblock.

So it protects your skin bc that darkening is what prevents it from burning. The faster the darkening the more protected the skin.

I know it says it isn't a replacement for sun screen but personally I don't need anything else.

  • I´ve read recently in the website of skin deep this:About OXYBENZONE: Associated with photoallergic reactions. This chemical absorbs through the skin in significant amounts. It contaminates the bodies of 97% of Americans according to Centers for Disease Control research. Did you know about this? I´m avoiding it just in case. Thanks for your information :)

  • I think a really big mistake people make is that they need to apply the sunscreen 30 minutes before going into the sun or water.

  • I'm confused if spf 30 protects 97% uv rays. Then what does 60 or 75 or even 100 protect?

  • @hrtmarko wait so I understand how anything above spf 30 like spf 60 is actually only a couple percent higher in UV protection.. So really the difference between the spf 30 and spf 60 is just time? As in with the spf 60 you can increase the time you stay out without getting burned?

  • @hrtmarko This is all still up for debate. the very high ones are only thought to protect a fraction of a percent more than the 30s or 50s. Still, the research argues that SPF 85 is much better than 50. The data is lacking. Thanks for asking.

  • "Kind of in a pickle" lol

Ur smart, funny and sexy ;)

  • @MakeupMr Ooooo la la. Thank you :D did you like that pickle? -Michael

  • @TheSublimeAgent hahaha yea lol xD

  • you would be a great radio personality lol accept your face is to pretty

  • @xprincessxamandax Hehehe. I had never thought of radio before...but I was listening to myself there, and I thought radio might be a fun part time job. :D Hehe, Thanks!

  • can you wear spf under makeup? does the make up lower your spf?

  • @abrazitos3 Yes. The makeup doesn't alter the SPF's effectiveness. You can also get setting powder that contains SPF...this might be a good option :D

  • Great, looking forward to what you find for a new sunscreen.

  • @SuziBrown1 Great, I will definitely keep you updated :D I have my eye on one, but I am still researching :D

  • Michael, this is kinda off topic, but do you fill in your brows? They seem lighter in your earlier videos. They look fabulous!

  • Congrats hon! Wow, very informative!!! ...nice pickle : )

    xxG

  • I am a freak about sunscreen so this video great! When I was 14 i actually got a 2nd degree sunburn from using old sunscreen so I am super careful now. I still have one question though, is it better to use sunscreen lotion or the spray-on?

  • Congratulations on the partnership! :D You def deserve it<3 This video is so helpful. I'm really pale, so sunscreen is really important to me. I'm really glad you made a video on SPF and what it all means. Thanks. :)

  • great video! so informative and helpful. how often are you supposed to reapply sunscreen with an spf of 75?

  • im a black female and i wear sunscreen but i hate the blue/white tint it leaves on my skin/face. You explained this portion very well, thanks i new to ur channel i got ur name from lanaindiana...love ur channel

  • Another great academic and educational video. Thanx I have been using Aveno Posiively ageless SPF 70. It's oil free (I have oily/acne prone skin). I am really not fond of it because it does give that "dead white finish" to the skin, and it does feel somewhat greasy. However, honestly, it's the best I have been able to find that is a high SPF. Sometimes I use Cosmedicine Meddi Matte SPF 20. I use it sparingly because it's expensive, $42 for tiny bottle. Very mat, can't feel it on the skin at all.

  • so im guessing it's just a myth that people with very dark skin have a "built in" spf

  • Michael are sunscreen and sunblock the same thing? If not, what's the difference between the two? Very informative video! Congrats on becoming partner, you deserve it.

  • let us know what SPF you find!!! I've been looking! I've been looking for a light one without OXYBENZONE and paraben, preferably natural SPF. Cant find one thats good.

  • As an avid sunscreen wearer and advocate, I really enjoyed your video. I've also been really confused about the topic, but always want to learn more, so thanks for sharing your insights and research! I also love that you did "real" research (there's too little of that nowadays!)

p.s. I recently bought the Skinceuticals newest sunscreen that 's SPF 50 (broad-spectrum and chemical-free) called Sheer Physical UV defense and so far so good... goes on sheer and feels pretty light.

  • This vid is perfect timing!! I'm literally about to walk out the door to buy suncreen and decided to check youtube quickly! LOL

  • Thanks and congrats! I use SkinCeuticals spf 50 Sheer Physical UV Defense. It was just introduced this year. I have extremely oily and acne prone skin. This works wonderfully for me but if you find one with a higher spf that fits the bill, hey, I'm going with it buddy!

  • Hi Michael! Very well presented info. About photophobic drugs: St Johns Wort. It increases the skins sensitivity to sun exposure. Few people think of this herb as a drug, yet it is. Citrus oils can also cause photophobia in many people. Oh! "Conga-rats" on Partner =}.

  • CONGRATULATIONS!!! Woohooo!! It's so true about all the debate...I too have been reading that sunscreens could be a possible carcinogen. What the ##@@! Something that's supposed to protect you against cancer is now possibly causing it? Lordy! LOL@ pickle...maybe the new finding take into account the ozone depletion and other environmental issues?....aww thanks for the link. Uber informative as usual ;-D

  • @kokolaroo oops, I just commented on your video hah. I don't know if I believe all the hype around carcinogenic sunscreens, but I suppose it is worth looking into. I didnt find it necessary to include in this video...I was surprised about the recommendation for 85+ sunscreens. The FDA says they are only 1% more effective than 50s or 60s, yet they are SIGNIFICANTLY better in the scientific trials ?????

  • @TheSublimeAgent Yes I'm definitely going to continue using it! I've heard there was a 4% dif between 30 and anything higher. I also heard that expirations don't really exist....the date really is only reflective of how long they tested it for and not for the efficacy....lord to many cooks in the kitchen!

  • I just bought from CVS the La Roche-posey anthelios 60 ultra light sunscreen for normal to combo skin. (Havnt tried it yet). Has Uva/uvb with cell-ox shield. UV + Anti-oxidant protection. I would love to hear what your thoughts are about this brand and item? It was highly recommended by others. Kinda pricey at $28.00 for a 1.7 fl oz but worth it if it does what it says and doesnt cause breakouts for us acne prone skin types.

  • @MandiT1234 Really!!? That is the one on the top of my list. I heard that it is the absolute BEST of the best. Hmmm. I think I will end up getting the anthelios later today. Thanks for commenting...it seems very promising :D -Michael

  • I thought nonchemical sunscreens with titanium dioxide or zinc oxide start protecting the skin immediately?

  • @blackbear52able Those do...but a true full-spectrum sunscreen usually has chemical protecting agents, which do need the time to absorb.

  • Neutrogena makes SPF in very high numbers. I have even seen 100+.

  • @livegorgeouslygreen I saw that one at my grocery store tonight. It seems great...all natural...etc. I might get it when I go next :D

  • @livegorgeouslygreen I've seen commercials for that in Canada but I think they include parabens in their sunscreen (but I'm not 100% sure) which could make it basically useless (source: thesublimeagent's video on parabens).

  • Gosh, you're more than a genius than my Family GP! She doesn't read up on journals at all; so, I think I'm in love with you LOL

Thanks so much for the video. I've been looking for an SPF and I've been having such a hard time (because my skin is so sensitive). This information is so useful as to what I should be getting :) Do get back at us when you find some good ones to use on the face and body!

  • @TheMelanar You are very right. Very few doctors read up on the most recent stuff. I have asked my GP questions numerous times and he never has any idea what I am talking about...yet they get paid SO much....oh well! I will definitely keep you updated! Thanks for watching :D

  • What a wonderful video! I'm an aesthetician and I really appreciate this - well researched and well done!!

  • @instantkarma777 Awesome!! Thanks so much for watching. I respect your career very very much :D -Michael

  • devita solar body block contains micronized zinc oxide (won't get into your blood stream) which is coated so that it doesnt show up white on the skin

  • I forgot to congratulate you on becoming partner, congrats!! You deserve it, and I can't wait for more videos!

  • I love that I'm a member of this "generally educated audience." Again, I walk away from a video feeling enlightened! PS love the pickle haha =)

  • I like shiseidos 55+ sunscreen. doesn't break out my sensitive teenage skin.

  • @AyeImSarah I have heard great things about that sunscreen. I might have to look into it. :D thanks for your feedback. I do appreciate it very much.

  • can we say heck ya to your research thats great that you do all this and I admire you for taking out your time and even being interested in researching anything really thats great. Your a research King it seems and there is nothing goofy or stupid about that. I get so confused with this subject and also ohh if you can do what is the difference or best insect repellents and maybe ones that arent toxic for us to use? West nile is out there and its something we also need to know? Thanks again.

  • I like the fact you research your videos and the fact you respect your viewers. I totally agree on being proactive in all things.

  • @OLDS98 Again, I appreciate your comment very much. I have great respect for others' time. I have been disappointed by many video-makers on YouTube, and I want to offer something truly different :D Thanks for watching !

  • I highly recommend Jane Iredale's "Powder me up" sunscreen. It's an SPF 30 but it's 100% natural, comes in a translucent and a tinted version, and is recommend by the American Skin Cancer Association. It's the only thing I've found that it truly natural and does not make me irritated or break out. I realize it's not a 75+ but because of the packaging it is super easy to reapply throughout the day (it has a sponge type applicator).

  • Could you please describe ultraviolent ratings as opposed to ultraviolet rays?

  • 5:36, it's called a logarithmic curve.

  • Your videos never fail to amaze me: Thanks sooo much for this very informative video. On a slightly different note I have somewhat of a request for you; I would love a video about blackheads and whiteheads (products you recommend, tips, info etc.) Also, you mentioned in this video you have an interest in skincare so are there any books you recommend? I would greatly appreciate that and again thanks very much for this video. Shukran (= x

  • can you explain more about the first British article? I'm a little confused...

    Thanks!

  • @aksaiyo Basically, they concluded that UVA is more important than UVB protection...SPF indicates quantity not quality. And they also argued for different testing models. Basically, the most important thing is to look for a high SPF # and a full spectrum product. :D

  • I have two sunscreens that I use. I have one called Hawaiian Tropic spf 70 Ozone Ultimate. The other one I was is by a company called, Kiss My Face spf 18. That one is 100% paraban free and sold at Whole Foods :) Can you please let us know when you find a sunscreen you are going to be using this summer. Thank you!

  • Hi SublimeAgent. Thank you for a video. it is very informative.

I would ask you to advice me about my brown spots on my face, if you have time, of course. How can I get rid of them?

Although I have been using Retin-A tretinoin 0.01% for more than 2 months, it seems it doesn't work. What else can I use to work on brown spots effectively?

Thank you for all information you share with us.

  • you're so intelligent, it's refreshing! I just subscribed last week, but I love watching you! Congrats on making partner! :)

  • wow this is a great imformation!!! thank you soo much

  • Everyone NEEDS to wear sunscreen, even if you don't think you're going to be outside for that long - that's when I got the worst sunburn of my life.

    Very informative video <3

  • Thanks so much for this video. very informative and intelligent. I appreciate your time and effort in making this video. I'm glad I found you and look forward to more videos. :)

  • Congratulations on making partner. I find your videos extremely informative, and very well prepared with such a great amount of research. I love them. They are from a prospective of education. Keep up the fantastic work.

  • Great video! My dermatologist's office has changed their base recommendation from spf 20 to spf 30. (I wish they would go higher) Just one side note, we've been doing a great job on protecting our skin from the sun but in doing so we are not getting enough Vitamin D. Men, women & children need to be tested to see if they are deficient. Big thumbs up on reaching partner!!!!

  • Michael, I love your videos...you're so thorough and complete in your research! I feel much more well-informed regarding SPF and the effects of the Sun. Although, I read and article recenly that the Sun is ending it's dormancy period and going into a more active time. It discussed how this will effect satellites because of solar flares and stuff. I can't help but wonder if this will also have an effect on if the Sun's rays will become stronger and require more sun protection due to this.

  • congrats on becoming partner.. very informative videoo xx

  • Great video as always! Although the real question for me is still: How do you apply sun screen under your make-up? I know many rely on foundation with SPF in it, but the tiny amount you apply barely protects you from anything. So you need regular sun screen as some sort of primer, which almost never works. I have really dry skin but after applying sun screen most of the time I look all shiney and gross. What to do?

  • @Shukkhy Look at the links I provided in this video. Koko did a video that is a sunscreen powder that you wear over makeup. These powders are becoming more and more popular :D

  • hell yea!! find us a good spf that's not goopy! I favorited this.. it made me swoon!

  • @ginabinawina99 Hooray for swooning. I hope you werent driving (although it would make a funny story a few years down the line). Yes, I am definitely going to look for a natural, effective, balanced 75+ spf that is PERFECT for those of us with more discerning expectations :D

  • @ginabinawina99 Heyyyy gurlll...Hahaha love this guy, he's a male version of you. xxG

  • You are SO UNDER-RATED in the youtube community. Everyone should watch your videos. So glad you're partner now! Well deserved!!

  • @wyend Wow, that is so nice of you. I certainly appreciate it :D Thanks for watching :D

  • Great video!! Have you ever tried Shiseido sunscreen? I'm actually interested in trying it because I read reviews that it's very lightweight and has a pleasant smell. If you do try it, you should make a review on it :)

By the way, congrats on being a youtube partner! That's awesome news!! Mabroooook!! <3

  • Luv the video. What on earth is the background? And how on earth do you flash those pictures in your videos? Really good video, with obviously good research behind it. Good job:)

  • @thebarbiewithmuscle Thank you so much! The background is a painting I made over last summer. I am working on the new one right now :D It is a bit more dramatic. Also, to add in the pics, I use adobe premier pro, which is an advanced editing software which allows you to do whatever you can imagine :D Thanks for watching :D :D

  • @TheSublimeAgent OMG don't change that painting, it is friggin fantabulous! As to the inserts? Love them, and the word "advanced" anything, scares me to death. My knowledge of cumputers ends with two buttons, ON/OFF and SEND/RECEIVE. Love your funky inserts and in debth discussion on SPF.

  • Very usefull! Thanks a lot

  • @RCMpianist I am very happy that you found this useful. The full spectrum spfs above 50 seem very promising :D Thanks for watching -Michael

  • Don't take me wrong in modern life we need sun screen, we don't live in the jungle and stay under a tree when is sun out side. but we can help ourself a lot with what we eat. All this idea of nordic people go to beach in the Mediterraneo burn their skin is a very strange modern life, lol

    You get the point...

Modern life was not in GOD mind for sure, lol

  • Love your videos, you know that, I always say that in my comments.

I have something for you this time, lol

I belive GOD, can read universe, I just love the way GOD sounds and is a much lovely word then universe...anyway God is perfect in is creation. That means that the perfect sunscreen will be in nature, something you eat in a raw condition. You can check the raw cocoa and is power to protect from sun demage. super foods have all we need for healthy living.

  • @TheGabriela72 Indeed, there is something very wise to your comment. I agree that nature contains everything we need (although you could argue that all non-natural things also derive from nature). It has both protective forces as well as destructive forces. Thanks for watching :D

  • @TheSublimeAgent LOL, Destructives, YES, we need the very old balence. Don't eat 5 bars of dark chocolate, that will not help in protect the skin, at least will not protect all the extra fat skin you get. You are right they all derive from nature, but they are cooked and so processed, that all the natural caracter is lost for ever, and will need 10.000 year to biodegrade :!!!!

  • CONGRATS LOVE.

  • @glendylove4 Thank you very much. I was very excited to find out on Saturday. I had waited nearly two months to find out...agonizing :D

  • @TheSublimeAgent Wow, I hate waiting :(

  • great job! thanks so much for all your effort

  • @anneleni Well thank you very much for your comment. All the effort is definitely worth it to me :D Thanks for watching :D -Michael

  • Thank you for this video. It's very informative, but also entertaining. You're the best, Michael! :-D

  • @MsKsenia75 That is the best complement I could get ! Thanks so much :D :D

  • Great video! You actually know and research what you're talking about, which is refreshing. One thing I think you missed was mentioning the amount of sunscreen you should be applying. So meany people think that a pea size amount for their entire face and neck is enough to give them adequate coverage, and it's not. People are always so surprised when I tell them that a typical 5 oz bottle should only last for 5 full body applications.

But anyways, thanks for the video and spreading the word!

  • @roxygirl1420022000 I have heard competing information on that question. Most say to apply "very liberally" so I think that is probably best....and I think you are RIGHT ON point with your recommendations to others :D Thanks for watching :D -Michael

  • Weakens your immune system? Um, I dont think vitamin D weakens your immune system......

  • @johnlovesbridge Urgh, another vitamin D comment. Well over 95% of people get their vitamin D requirements from their diet. Otherwise, the vitamin absorbs through the skin that does not have the spf. And uva rays do lower the immune system to a drgree. See, this is a hater comment.haha! I cant wait to hear about your evening tomorrow !

  • Congratulations on making a partner :)

  • @CasualLuxuries Thank you very much R. It has been a long (but also kinda short) road. Hehe. It only took 600 minutes of video :D haha.

  • I love it :)
